I am unable to add my company/organization details in the BUSY invoice. How can I add it?

To add your company or organisation details to the BUSY invoice, first confirm which format you are using for invoice printing: standard or design.
1. If using Standard Format, then go to the Company Tab, then select the Edit Company option, and update your company or organisation details with your address, mobile number, email ID, etc. then click on the save option. After clicking save, you will find the option 'Do you wish to update standard document or voucher printing formats also? Click Yes on that option, and it will update in your standard invoice format.
or if you want to update the address in the invoice, then go to Administration, then Configuration, then Invoice or Document Printing, then Standard. After that, select the sales invoice and update your company or organisation details, i.e., the address.
2. If you are using Desinged Format, then go to Administration, then Configuration, then Invoice Document Printing, then Advanced, then select Sales Invoice, and then select your particular designed format. After that, go to the Header option to edit or customise the invoice template.
3. In that section, you should be able to enter your company or organisation details, such as name, address, contact information, and logo. Save the changes.
and your company or organisation details will be added to the invoice template.
