I am unable to generate or print e-way bills from BUSY. What could be the reasons for this?

If you are unable to generate Eway bill then you require to check below points :
1. Internet connection Should be there
2. GSP Id and Password should be mentioned in BUSY ,created from portal
3.Station and Pin code should be mentioned in Party master and transport window.
4. Vehicle number should be entered 
5. HSN code should be valid
6. GST no. should be valid
7. Switch between the GSP as if using Webtel technosoft then you can check with pinnacle finserve
If you are facing issues while printing Eway bill through BUSY then you require to check the below points : 
1. Make Sure you have stable internet connectivity 
2. Please check that you have installed the PDF reader such as Adobe 
3. NET Framework should be updated and for the same you can refer to below steps : 
Step 1: Write Turn windows features on or off in start command 
Step 2: Click on .NET framework 3.5 (Include .NET 2.0 and 3) 
4. Check that the printer driver is installed properly or you can try after restart the system
5. If the same issue still persist then copy the eway bill number and try to print from the portal to analyze if there is any backend issue or not.
