If you want to roll to previous version of BUSY, then you need to install the latest version from the control panel and then install the previous version if you have setup of that version. 
Note: Take backup of your data before uninstalling the BUSY.

If you installed BUSY in the D drive then all the related files stores in the single BUSYwin folder of D drive except your data folder. If any files are showing in other drive then you can remove them after taking backup of your data.
