 If you want to downgrade to a previous version of BUSY, you can follow these steps: 
Step 1:Firstly without concerning BUSY technincal support team don't ever downgrade your software.
Step 2:if some reason you have discussed this issue with customer support team and they had suggested then Before proceeding, ensure you back up your data for safety. Also, download and update to the older version of BUSY available on https://busy.in/.
Step 3: It will give a pop up this data belongs to a higher version of BUSYwin and it is not recommended to use it with current version. would you like to continue (at your own risk) ? you can select yes if you wish to continue with option & want to open data, data will be retained but in some case it will shows some rte so make sure you have a latest backup.

how to fix Windows Installer related error while doing BUSY installation ?

 When encountering Windows Installer-related errors during BUSY installation, you can try the following steps to resolve the issue:
Step 1: Run the Installer as Administrator: Right-click on the BUSY installer executable.
Select Run as administrator to ensure that the installation has the necessary permissions.
Step 2: Check for Windows Updates: Ensure that your Windows operating system is up-to-date.
Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and check for updates.
Step 3: Clean Temporary Files: Clear temporary files and folders on your system.

 To use BUSY on both a laptop and mobile, follow these Steps to create a company:
Step Step 1 : Install BUSY on your laptop.
Step Step 2 : Open BUSY
Step 3 :click on company meny
Step 4 : and click on "Create Company" to set up a new company profile.
Step 5 : Provide the necessary details such as company name, address, registration numbers, etc.
Step 6 : Set up user accounts and permissions for accessing the company data.
Step 7 : Save the company profile and proceed to configure the settings according to your requirements.
Step 8 : Install the BUSY mobile app on your mobile device from the respective app store.
Step 9 : Open the app and log in using the BUSY mobile app credentials.
Step 10 : Your company data will be synchronized between the laptop and mobile, allowing you to access and manage it from both devices.

I am unable to install or setup BUSY software properly on my system. What should I check to ensure proper installation?

 For installation of BUSY, please follow below steps:
Step 1: Download BUSY 21 setup from busy.in and installed it on your system
Step 2: Open BUSY icon shown on your desktop, click license management option in company tab
Step 3: Select softlock registration option
Step 4: Specify bind softlock with on harddisk/Machine ID or on IP address
Step 5: Mention serial No. and activation Key received from from BUSY, click on Validate s.no
Step 6: Mention required Registration details
Step 7: Specify registration email and password( email id sholud be double checked as further communication will be share on this ID)
Step 8: Click Register button
Step 9: A Licence file has been shared on your registred mail ID, download that file and paste it on BUSYwin folder where you have install BUSY
Step 10: Re-open BUSY to load license configuration
