How can I view my total sales by product

You can view your total sales product wise in BUSY software
Please follow the given steps to check the report
Step 1) Go on display
Step 2) Click on Inventory books
Step 3) Click on Inventory register standard
Step 4) Click on sale register and open
Step 5) During open the report, please enable show value of items

I am having an issue with incorrect or inconsistent sales history for some items. How can this be corrected?

Additionally, you can cross reference the sale register report within the inventory register in the inventory books. Thoroughly review and reconcile your transactions any discrepancies and make necessary corrections.

How do I find out if an item already has a voucher associated with it or not?

To find out if an item already has a voucher associated with it or not you 
can follow the steps
1 Go to Display menu and click on Inventory Books
2 click on stock ledger then click on item wise
3 select all mc then select the item name and set the date range and Ok

How do I get the summary of HSN codes and items sold in my sales register

To view the HSN codes and items in the sales register, you need to go to the Inventory Books and then the Inventory Registers. You also need to add a custom column for the HSN code. If you want to see a summary of any field, you can click on the Summarize button or press F5.

I'm unable to find a particular invoice in the invoice list. What could be the reasons?

There could be several reasons why an invoice may not appear in the list:
1.If the specific invoice is cancelled, it won't appear in the invoice list.
2.If the particular invoice has been deleted, it won't be visible in the invoice list.
3.Verify the data range specified for viewing the report; you might have entered an incorrect date range.

If you want to track sales by customer and items in BUSY please follow given below steps:
Step 1: Go to display menu
Step 2: Then click on inventory books
Step 3: Then click on inventory registers
Step 4: Then click on sales register and you can check the report with customer name and item name

How do I view stock ledger details for a particular item in BUSY?

To see stock ledger you can follow some steps:
Step 1: Go to the Display and click on Inventory books.
Steo 2: Now click on Stock ledger and click on Item wise.
Step 3:Now specify the Item name and period and enable other option as per your requiremnt in report.
Step 4: Now click on OK option and check report.

I want to view the taxable amount for each item in a voucher, but it is only showing the total taxable amount. How can I see the taxable amount per item?

To check the taxable amount of each item in BUSY, follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Go to the Display menu.
Step 2: Click on the Inventory book and select the Inventory Register.
Step 3: Click on the Sale Register.
From here, you can view the taxable amount for each item used in each voucher.

I have more sales at item level than group level. How should I approach updating the setup?

You can check sale at item level as well as item group level in both report show same value.
For check sale at item level and group level follow these steps:
1. Go in Display then go in sale analysis
2. Then go in item wise and check Report
3. Then go in item group wise and check report

How can i see the sales data for particular party group in BUSY?

To view the sales report for single party group in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to display section then click on sales analysis.
Step 2: Choose one party group all items option then mention then party group, specify the date range and enable show value of items.
Step 3: Afterward, open the report and analysis accordingly.
