Step 4 : Choose the time period and other filters for your report and run it.
Step 5 : In the report, find the Export button or use the shortcut "CTRL/ALT+E."
Step 6 : select whether you want to save it as a PDF or Excel file.
Step 7 : Select where you want to save the file on your computer and click "OK."
That's it! Your monthly sales summary will be exported as either a PDF or Excel file to the location you specified.

Step 4 : This option may be labeled as "Sales Analysis," "Item-wise Sales Analysis,"

1. Set up your inventory items in BUSY by entering their details such as name, code, unit of measurement, etc.
2. Record the initial stock balances for each item using the opening balance feature.
3. Regularly update stock levels in BUSY by recording inventory receipts and issues. This can be done through the stock voucher entry.
4. In item master we have to enbale the Critical Level and mention the reorder and critical level minimun level
5. In display>Inventory summary> Item critical level report.
6. It has classification depending on the reorder level, minimum level, and maximum level
7. These reports display the shortage as well as the excessiveness of item .

How do I manage inventory and stock levels in BUSY?

 If you want to Manage Inventory or maintain stock levels in BUSY Follow these steps: 
1.Go to the Administration Select Masters Then click on Items.
2.Three Option Shows Add, Modify, List.
3.Then Add the Item Master fill Relevent Details.
4.In Item Master Windows Shows Critical Level. You Can Set Your Stock Level.
5.You Can Set Minimum Level(Qty.), Reorder Level(Qty.), Maximum Level(Qty.)
6.You Can Define days also then Save the master.
7.You can Set Warning According to your Stock.
8.For Warning Go to Administration Select Configuration then Click on Warning Alaram.
9.In transaction You Can See the Warnings according You Set in Item Master.

Why are the inventory details not being reflected in the Material Center Register?

 If the inventory is not reflecting in Material center register then you can follow the below steps :
Step 1: Take the latest backup of the company
Step 2: Go to administration and then select the master tab
Step 3: Then select the item option and then click on modify
Step 4: Select the required item for which stock is not appearing in material center
Step 5: Check for Do not maintain stock balance option
Step 6: Disable the option if you want to maintain stock
Step 7: Now go to Housekeeping tab
Step 8: Click on Update master balance
Step 9: Check the material center report

Why am I unable to see stock status reports in BUSY?

What is the process to track production and packaging quantities with variations in the number of glasses in a packet and the number of packets in a box in BUSY Accounting Software?

 To track production and packaging quantities with variations in the number of glasses in a packet and the number of packets in a box in BUSY, Please follow below steps:
Step 1: you need to create up a bill of materials (BOM) for each product variation. Now go to administration menu and then select masters.
Step 2; And then select Bill of material and select Add option.
Step 3: After Then, you can record the production and packaging quantities for each BOM variation and set up reordering rules based on stock thresholds.
Step 4: You can check the reports from under display menu.

I need a consolidated view of all items purchased from and sold to a specific party/customer. Is there a report for this in the software?

 To view a consolidated summary of all items purchased from and sold to a specific party/customer, you can follow these steps: 
Step 1: Go to the Display menu, click on Inventory Summary, and select Consolidated Summary.
Step 2: You can select Item-wise or Item Group-wise. A window will appear for selecting the consolidated summary to be shown. Choose the option as per your need.
Step 3: Specify the date range to view the consolidated summary by entering the required data in the designated fields.
Step 4: Click on OK or press F2, and the report will generate successfully.

I want to maintain stock levels. Can I do it in BUSY?Can I generate reports based on specific criteria like date, product, brand?

 For use Item critical level please follow these steps:
1. Go In Administration then Go in master
2. Then Go in item and then modify and select item on which you want to use item critical level
3. After open item master set critical level yes and mention critical level
4. Then Save item master
For checking item critical level report please follow these steps:
1. Go in Display then Go in Inventory Summary
2. Then go in Item critical level and check Report according to your need
3. For item brand you have to choose Group of item

How to check Negative stock in BUSY ?

 To get detailed stock reports and negative from BUSY , you can follow these steps.
Step 1 : Look for Display menu
Step 2: Inventory Report to get your desired report as required some of report as as below.
Step 3 : Slow moving, Fast moving & Non moving of item during the period.
Step 4: Closing Stock Report according to Stock valuation report like LIFO,FIFO, Weighted Average.
Step 5: Critical level Report.
Step 6 : Negative Stock Report.
