Step 3: Enter the date range and set Y on show zero stock items option then open the report.

Step 1: Go to display section then click on inventory summary
Step 2: select item critical level then choose minimum level or maximum level or re order level as per need.

Step 3 Click on Warning alarms
Step 4 Select here DON'T ALLOW with negative stock option
Step 5 After this configuration software will now allow to enter transaction with zero or negative stock
