For correcting stock value report, please check below steps:
 Step 1: Ensure stock valuation is correct in the Inventory tab.
 Step 2: Check maintain different stock valuation method for each item should be disabled.
 Step 3: Check the value of stock item in short date range.
 Step 4: Go to Housekeeping menu
 Step 5: Run update master balance.
 Note : Take backup of the data before making any changes.

To indentify the item which causing balance mismatch , follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to display then stock status
Step 2: Then select closing stock alphabatic 
Step 3: Now select details option and choose all items
Step 4: Now specify date range and see report reduce date range to indendify the date in which balance is mismatch
Step 5: After finding the date now check all item present in that date

If not showing any details in parameter window during sales, you need to check if you puchased that item's stock with the parameter details. To check parameter closing stock report follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to display menu then select param wise reports.
Step 2: Select parameterized closing stock then click on balances only and select the item range.
Step 3: Enter the report date and can see the report.

To rectify the difference between stock and parameter wise stock in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to display section then click on param. wise reports
Step 2: Choose on account parameter entries then select voucher wise
Step 3: Select the item range then specify the date range and open the report.
Step 4: Now, entries appear in report is entered without parameter details, correct the same then check the inventory data.

To view the stock report of a specific material center in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the display menu and then select the stock status.
Step 2: Click on closing stock alphabetical option then select balance only tab.
Step 3: Select one MC option and choose all items or group of items as per required.
Step 4: Specify the material center name and open the report by click on OK.

To check the available stock report, you need to follow the below mentioned steps: 
Step 1: Go to Display 
Stpe 2: Click on Stock status
Stap 3: There are differnt option available to check report you can select as per requirement Click on closing Stock Alphabatical
Step 4: Click on Balance only (if you want to check only balance)
In stock status you can check Balance only /Detailed /columnar ,Hierarichal ect reports

If stock in hand showing negative in BUSY the reason is purchase is less then sale. Reconcile entries of sale and purchase check sale adjustment against purchase do correction. Check issue will fix. 
You can pass physical Stock available voucher entry where you can enter physically qty available in store enter that qty BUSY will auto adjust. 
You can pass Stock Journal voucher for Inventory genration and consumed qty

You can see the stock of finished goods and raw materials after production in BUSY by checking the Stock Status report. To open this report follow the below steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to dispaly menu.
Step 2: Select stock status and click on closing stock alphabetical then choose balances only option.
Step 3: Choose items range as required then enter the report date and open the report.

If you want to check inventory then you can follow the given steps:
 Step 1: Go to Display
 Step 2: Click on stock status
 Stpe 3: Then select the closing stock alphabetical
 Step 4: Select balance only with all material center and all items
 Step 5: select the date range and also Specify Y for show value of item
 Step 6: Check the stock report after it opens.

There are some possible reasons why the data at the head office mismatch from the branch office. These are:
1. The data from the branch offices to the head office is not synced properly.
2. The material centres in both the head office and the branch offices are not tagged correctly.
3. The voucher series group in both are not tagged correctly.
There might be more reasons according to the situation.
