In BUSY for maintaining stock, we have to enter stock data through any quantity in voucher e.g. 
Purchase, Material receive from party, Production voucher etc. After that we can check current 
stock data from stock status.
Follow below steps
Step 1:- Display
Step 2:- Stock Status
Step 3:- Closing Stock - Alphabetical
Step 4:- Open report by enabling show value of items.
Step 4:- Here we can check stock quantity with its cost.

Yes,you view the available quantity for sale in BUSY by following below steps:
Step 1: Go to display menu and submenu stock status
Step 2: Then choose the closing stock option and then select closing stock alphabetical
Step 3: After that select balance only option then select all item option 
Step 4: Now specify report date and other feature as per requirement and then press ok to view the report

It's possible for an item's stock to show zero in the BUSY even if there is stock in the Material center. There are a few potential reasons for this. One possibility is that when an item's purchased quantity is equally offset by a sale voucher or other inventory voucher, the item stock will show as zero. To confirm this, you can check the Stock Status report.

If stock showing mismatch between head office and branch office then you need to check these steps:
Step 1: Ensure that all material centres are correctly tagged in the branch.
Step 2: Check all the voucher series are correctly tagged in the branch.
Step 3: Make sure all the vouchers are synched properly.
Step 4: Check the report in shorter range to identiFinancial Year the date since the mismatch occured.

If your total stock levels are inaccurate in BUSY, you need to check these steps:
Step 1: First identify the item of which stock is inaccurate.
Step 2: After find the item check all the transaction with it is correct or not and check also opening stock.
Step 3: You can also run Update Master Balances from the Housekeeping menu.
Note: Take backup of your data before running this process.

To see the average price for in and out of items in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to display menu then select stock status option and click on closing stock alphabetical.
Step 2: Select detailed option then select the item range and enter the date range.
Step 3: Open the report and you will see the item's in and out quantity with average price.

In BUSY to track the stock in case of incomplete sales or consumption of products offers various reports options that you can use to view and analyze your data in different ways. Some of the reports options available in BUSY Accounting Software under the Display menu are: 1. Stock Status Report, 2. Inventory Books, 3. Inventory Summaries, 4. Financial Reports, 5.GST Reports, 6. MIS Reports etc.

You can use various inventory reports in BUSY to track your inventory, such as Stock Status, Inventory Books, and Inventory Summary. These reports are available under the Display menu. 
 Furthermore the Display menu has the MIS reports, where you can find the Profitability report. This report helps you track your cost of goods sold by showing the cost and profit of each item, voucher, etc.

If you created rooms in BUSY for stock in form of Material Canter then you can see MC Wise stock and to see this you need to follow some steps:
Step 1: Go to the Display and then click on Stock Status.
Step 2: Now click on Closing stock Alphabetical and then it will show you options for MC,you can select one mc to see stock .

You can check stock in and out of a specific day in stock status report by using these steps:
Step 1: Go to display menu then select stock status and click on closing stock alphabetical.
Step 2: Select detailed option then select the item range and specify the date.
Step 3: Press ok to open the report and can view item wise in and out of that date.
