Yes, you can view the stock report of multiple material centers at one time in BUSY by using these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to the Display menu.
Step 2: Select Stock Status sub menu then click on Closing Stock Alphabetical and choose All MC.
Step 3: Enter the report date and can view your inventory stock of all material centres.

The valuation method that you choose for your closing stock determines the stock values in the stock report. You cannot edit the values directly from the report. If you want to make any adjustments, you need to pass a stock journal voucher for each item. Before you make any changes, please take a backup of your data to avoid any loss.

Main Unit Qty not showing in stock detail report because of while you open stock report there is option called report shown in which unit there you select Alternate unit that's why main unit Qty. not showing in report , to show stock in main unit you need to select main unit option or both option and then open report .

To verify the accuracy of your item balance, you can do a physical count of your inventory and compare it with your book stock. If you find any discrepancy in the quantity of any item, you can correct it by passing a Stock Journal or Physical Stock voucher. This will help you to update your item balance and avoid inventory errors.

Yes you can check stock report for few items only for this you have to follow thesen steps:
step 1: Go in Display then go in stock status 
step 2: Go in closing stock alphabetical then click on balance only
step 3: Go in selected item and click on show list
step 4: Select item of which you want in report and open report

To check inventory log register, BUSY provides you a stock status report. To view this report, follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to the display menu
Step 2: Click on stock status report
Step 3: Select balance only to view closing or can check details which shown opening sale purchase and closing seprately column wise
Step 4: Specify ending date and Click OK button

We can check month wise stock In and Out month wise in BUSY software
 Please follow the given steps
 Step 1 Go on display
 Step 2 Click on inventory summary
 Step 3 Click on Monthly summary
 Step 4 Click on Horizontal
 Step 5 Select here all items or group of items
 Step 6 Select here month range and check report

To see the stock status of all item and all material centre wise you need to follow the 
steps 
1 Go to display menu and click on stock status 
2 click on closing stock alphabetical 
3 click on balance only then select all mc and all items 
4 enable show zero stock item and value of item and ok

To select middle year date in the opening stock report, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to display menu.
Step 2: Select stock status and choose opening stock alphabetical then click on balances only.
Step 3: Enter the report as middle year date then you can view the opening stock from the middle year date.

To check stock status of a particular company , follow the steps bellow :
Step 1: You have to create group of item as per different company name 
Step 2: Mention the group in items 
Step 3: Now go to display then stock status
Step 4: select closing stock grouped then group of items
Step 5: Mention group name and open report
