You can check report in BUSY software, where you will get the stock value changing onve the time
 Please follow the given steps
 Step 1 Go on display
 Step 2 Click on Inventory
 Step 3 Click on stock ledger
 Step 4 Item wise
 Step 5 Select here one MC or all MC
 Step 6 Select item and check report

If you want to see Sale / Purchase stock in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Display and click on Stock Status.
Step 2: Select Closing Stock - Alphabetical and click on Detailed.
Step 3: Enter the date range and open the report.
This report will show Item-wise Qty. In and Qty. Out which indicates sale / purchase stock.

If the stock report showing mismatch from your actual stock then you need to check these steps:
Step 1: Ensure that you are checking the report with correct date.
Step 2: Check the report in shorter range and identiFinancial Year that which items have issue.
Step 3: You can adjust your item's quantity by recording Stock Journal or Physical Stock voucher.

To check the zero value in stock status, please follow below status : 
Step 1: Go to Display menu and then Stock Staus option 
Step 2: And then select closing stock alphabetical and select Balance tab 
Step 3: And select All items and select All MC tab 
Step 4: Specify date range and select show zero stock Items.

If you want to see challan reference details and pricing information
together then please follow the given steps
Step 1: Go to display menu.
Step 2: Then challan processing
Step 3: Then select pending challan
Step 4: Then select any report from the list and enable the option
 of show value of item then you will have challan reference report
 with pricing information.

To check item's in and out quantity in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to display menu then select stock status option.
Step 2: Select closing stock alphabetical then choose detailed option and select the item range.
Step 3: Ente the date range then open the report and you will see in and out quantity of items.

You can check stock staus of any individual item in BUSY
 Please follow the given steps
 Step 1 Go on display
 Step 2 Click on stock status
 Step 3 Click on closing stock alphabetical
 Step 4 Click on BALANCE ONLY or DETAILED
 Step 5 Click on one item 
 Step 6 Select here item and check report

If the particular Item stock is not showing in the Stock Status Report then check the below steps.
Step 1: Make sure that donot maintain stock balance option should be disabled in the item master.
Step 2: If the Item stock is zero then you need to enable the show zeo item stock while opening the stock status report.

To check the inventory report in details, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to display section then click on stock status
Step 2: Choose the closing stock - alphabetical then select detailed.
Step 3: Select all item then all material center to view the report.
Step 4: Specify the date range then enable show value of item and open the report

You can check Stock report by category also
 Please follow the given steps
 Step 1 Go on display
 Step 2 Click on stock status
 Step 3 Click on Closing stock Alphabetical
 Step 4 Select any of the three report
 Step 5 During open it will ask item category
 Step 6 Select here item category and check report
