Step 4: Specify the date range then enable show value of items and open the report.

To reconcile discrepancies between valuations and actual money amounts,Then you need to follow the below steps.
Step 1: After the data backup, run the update master balance from the housekeeping.
Step 2: If still the issue is same then reconcile the report by checking the in short range then you will get a particular date from which the mismatch is coming and correct it.

To see the closing stock of a particular item in BUSY, you need to follow these steps: 
Step 1: Open your company then go to display menu.
Step 2: Select stock status then choose closing stock alphabetical and click on balances only.
Step 3: Select one item and specify the item name then report date and can see the closing stock of that item. 

To view the closing stock of a material center group in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to display menu then select stock status and click on closing stock alphabetical.
Step 2: Select balances only then click on group of MC option and select the item range.
Step 3: Specify the material centre group then report date and open the report.

You can check inventory history for a specific warehouse location in the BUSY software

 Step 4 Slect all items
 Step 5 Enable the option filter on MC and select the warehouse

Step 1: Go to display option then click on stock status.
Step 2: Then select stock status tax rate wise option.
Step 3: Then select the all items or group of items option and then select MC all or one.
Step 4: In the next window mention the date range and click on ok button.
