To view stock purchased with a 0% tax rate separately in the inventory module, you can follow these general steps:
Step 1: Go to Display tab and click on Stock status.
Step 2: Click on Stock status tax rate wise
Step 3: Specify date range for the report and click on OK tab and select zero rated data.

To view your current stock status and inventory across multiple warehouses in BUSY Accounting software, 
Step 1: Go to the Display menu and select the Stock Status 
Step 2: Select closing stock alphabatical then balance only 
Step 3: Open then then after entering on item you can see material center wise stock of the item 

To ensure accurate capture of opening and closing stock values, it is important to record all stock transactions using dual and inventory vouchers. Additionally, the stock valuation method should be taken into account when determining the value of stock. To check the detailed stock in and out report in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the display section and click on Stock Status.
Step 2: Choose the Closing Stock Alphabetical option and select Detailed Only.
Step 3: Specify the date range as required, then enable the show value of items option and open the report.

To check the detailed stock status in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to display section then click on stock status.
Step 2: Choose closing stock alphabetical option then select detailed only.
Step 3: Choose all material center then all item master.
Step 4: Specify the date range then enable show value of items and open the report.

In BUSY, you can check the opening stock report by follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to display section then click on stock status.
Step 2: Choose the Opening stock alphabetical then select balance only.
Step 3: Select all material center then all item.
Step 4: Specify the date range, enable show value of item and check the report.

In BUSY, The agent can check the stock report which display the quantity of all the items with the value according to date range.
 Pls follow the below steps.
 Step 1: Click on Display
 Step 2: Then Stock Status
 Step 3: Then Closing stock alphabatical 
 Step 4: Then select as per your requirement

If the stock mismatch in BUSY, please follow below steps :
Step 1 : Run Update master balance from House keeping menu . 
Step 2 : Check date wise stock entries from stock status report under Display menu. 
Step 3 : if still stock showing mismatch , add stck journal entry for stock adjustments . 

To avoid negative balances in stock status when using alternate units and conversion factors in BUSY, ensure that the opening stock in BUSY is properly entered as per the actual physical inventory on hand. Any discrepancies should be investigated and corrected. Additionally, make sure to define the conversion factor accurately in the item master.

To track the quantity of jewelry generated and sold in BUSY, please follow below steps: 
Step 1: go to didplay menu and then select stock status 
Step 2: And then select the closing stock option and select balance only option
Step 3: And then select the item and check the quantity status in the report
