To generate the detailed report of stock status since april follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to display option and then select the stock status.
Step 2: Then click on closing stock alphabetical option then select detailed option.
Step 3: After that mention the date range to view report and click on ok button.

You can check which items have been sold and which are remaining by going to:
Step 1: Go to the dispaly menu and select the 'Stock Status' option.
Step 2: Now select closing stock alphabetical and select detailed option with all items and check report like opening quantity,quantity in,quantity out and closing quantity.

In BUSY, you can access stock or sales analysis reports without exiting the ledger screen by using the "Search menushortcut key, which is ALT+CTRL+S. Alternatively, you can use the "CTRL+Sshortcut key for stock status view. Additionally, you can create a shortcut key for the Sales analysis report for quick access

In BUSY, you can check the stock report with group wise bifurcation in BUSY by follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to display section then click on stock status.
Step 2: Choose closing stock hierarchial then click on balance only.
Step 3: Chosoe all item then specify ending data and open the report.

There could be several reasons why inventory is not updating correctly. Some possible causes could be incorrect purchase dates entered, mismatched inventory dates, improper configuration of material centers, access rights issues, software release bugs, or connectivity problems. It is recommended to troubleshoot these areas to identify and resolve the issue.

To compare the sales and stock report in BUSY for any mismatch, you can export both reports sale and stock separtely in excel to compare.Further you can view the stock status detailed report from display option and then going to stock status and select closing stock alphabetical detailed option.

If your same item qty has already gone in negative then if you add purchase voucher then first BUSY will adjust the negative qty and then qty rest will show in closing stock. To check it you can stock ledger of that item or can detailed stock status report.

The item is showing in bags in one section and in Kgs in another in stock status report because :
Step 1: In that item alternate unit is using one unit is in bag and other is in kgs.
Step 2: And different units of measurement are used in different transactions.

If you are unable to view the stock report in BUSY, you should check 
Step 1: If you have the necessary permissions or access rights to view the stock report.
Step 2: If you have the necessary permissions, ensure that you are trying to access a current and relevant report.

When new items are not showing in the stock report then there should be following reasons :
 Step 1: In the item master, Do not maintain stock balance option should be NO.
 Step 2: Item stock entry should be done so that the quantity reflect properly in stock report.
