For checking item is serialized or not please follow below mention steps:-
Step 1:- Administration Tab
Step 2:- Masters
Step 3:- Item
Step 4:- List 
Check in list of all item serialized item have serial no. attribute filed and batch wise item have batch attribute. First add filed of batch or serial no. in reports from custom columns

Inventory valuation in BUSY is done using different methods such as FIFO (First In First Out), LIFO (Last In First Out), and Weighted Average. The software calculates the value of inventory based on the chosen valuation method, taking into account factors like purchase price, quantity, and any additional costs associated with the inventory items.

You can get stock report in BUSY, please follow the given steps
 Step 1 Go on display menu
 Step 2 Click on stock status
 Step 3 Select which stock report you want to check
 If you want to connect any system via anydesk you can connect through anydesk id and do same process

To view the item wise stock report with amount details in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to display section then click on stock status.
Step 2: Choose closing stock alphabetical option then select detailed only.
Step 3: Specify the date range as per required then enable show value of items and open the report.

To check stock report excluding negative stock you can check:
step 1 : click on display
step 2 : stock status
step 3 : closing stock
step 4 : open report
step 5 : press shortcut key "F7"
step 6 : apply filter that not having value less than zero
step 7 : apply and check report excluding negative stock

To check the stock status report in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to display section then click on stock status.
Step 2: Choose the Closing stock alphabetical then select balance only.
Step 3: Select all material center then all item.
Step 4: Specify the date range, enable show value of item and check the report.

To check stock report excluding negative stock you can check:
step 1 : click on display
step 2 : stock status
step 3 : closing stock
step 4 : open report
step 5 : press shortcut key "F7"
step 6 : apply filter that not having value less than zero
step 7 : apply and check report excluding negative stock

BUSY shows the correct financial stock value when viewed internally but the old value when viewed externally, to fix this issue you need to follow the below mentioned steps: 
Step 1: Take the data backup 
Step 2: Go to House keeping menu
Step 3: Click on Update Master balance
Step 4: Click on OK

To view the stock report with amount in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to display section then click on stock status.
Step 2: Choose closing stock alphabetical option then select Balance only or detailed as per required.
Step 3: Specify the date range then enable show value of items and open the report.

Under Display Menu, Check the Stock Status Report. It will reflect the stock as per the data entered by you and match with physical Stock you have available. Pass the Physical Stock Voucher accordingly for maintaining the Actual Stock.
