To view item wise stock reports in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to display section then click on stock status.
Step 2: Choose closing stock alphabetical option then select detailed only.
Step 3: Specify the date range as per required then enable show value of items and open the report. 

To view tax rate wise stock status in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to display section then click on stock status
Step 2: Choose stock status tax rate wise then select item range from all item or group of item.
Step 3: Update date range and check the report.

If you have negative stock balance and want to adjust with purchase transaction, then just enter purchase transaction, it will auto adjust with negative stock
 Like if you have -5 Quantity and if you will purchase 20 Quantity, then it will show you 15 Quantity in stock report

Cash and stock balances in BUSY may be incorrect due to various reasons such as errors in data entry, discrepancies in recording transactions, or issues with the accounting software itself. It is important to review and reconcile the transactions and balances regularly to identify and correct any discrepancies.

To view closing balance of stock, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to Display menu.
Step 2: Select Stock Status and click on Closing Stock - Alphabetical.
Step 3: Click on Balance Only then enter the report date and can view the report.

To view the detailed report of stock status in BUSY follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to display option and then select stock status report.
Step 2: Then click on closing stock alphabetically and then click on detailed option.
Step 3: Then mention date range and click on ok button

To avoid duplication of stock items in the software after selling them, 
 Step 1 : Make sure to update the stock balance correctly after each sale. 
 Step 2 : Double-check that the sold items are properly deducted from the stock quantity to prevent duplication.

Step 1: Go to Display menu and then Stock Staus option 
Step 2: And then select closing stock alphabetical and select Balance tab 
Step 3: And select Group of Items and select All MC tab 
Step 4: Specify date range and select show zero stock Items.

If the stock report in BUSY is inaccurate, it could be due to missing transactions that haven't been entered. If all transactions are accounted for and entered correctly, then conducting a physical stock check is necessary to reconcile the book stock with the actual physical stock.

The stock may show excess goods that are not available due to these possible reasons:
1. Might be you have entered voucher with wrong quantity.
2. May be the entries have been skipped from entered.
3. The opening stock of items showing wrong as compare to previous yeas closing.
