The value of stock is depend on the stock valuation method and transactions you have feed. So if getting a little difference in stock value then you need to check the relevant item's entries and the stock valuation method.

If the closing stock is the same as the opening stock then it represents the value of unsold goods at the end of the accounting period, which is carried forward as the opening stock for the next period.

To view stock based report in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to display and then click on stock status.
Step 2: Now choose report closing stock alphabetical, detailed or balances only as needed.
Step 3: And check stock report.

In the Software multiple reports are available, follow the steps for reports :
Step1- 
Go to Display 
Step2- There is three section for the report Stock report 
(a) Stock status - multiple reports
(b) Inventory Books 
(c) Inventory Summary 

If the item is not visible in the stock report then item might be exist with zero stock. To check the zero stock item in stock status, open the report after enable show zero stock balance option.

You can check the item closing balance from the below report.
 Step 1: Click on Display
 Step 2: Then Stock Status
 Step 3: Then Closing stock alphabatical
 Step 4: Then select the balanc only and item

The cost prices are calculated based on the stock valuation method that you choose for your business. Stock valuation methods available in BUSY are Weighted Average, FIFO, LIFO, etc.
Some Direct expenses also affect the cost price.

There is no seperate report for checking with conversion factor. But we can check it by adding custom column in inventory report of Conversion Factor if it has been change multiple times in vouchers.

To view the stock report in a company follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to display option then select stock status option.
Step 2: Then click on closing stock alphabetical option then select balance only report.

Under Display Menu, Can check the Inventory Reports with multiple filteration Option.
