The option Filter on MC in BUSY refers to the ability to apply a filter on the Material Center to narrow 
down the results in reports or searches.From this filter option you can see the report where that MC has 
used.

To view tax rate wise stock report in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to display section then click on stock status.
Step 2: Choose Stock Status (Tax Rate-Wise) report.
Step 3: Specify the date range as per required then open the report.

Mismatch between stock ledger and valuation report is. If you changed valauation method in the mid of any item so check it proper by reconcile the ledger and valaution on month or half of month basis. Do correction if required

Yes, it is possible to have negative stock for an item even if it was purchased before the sale date in BUSY. This can happen if the quantity sold is more than the quantity purchased, resulting in a negative stock.

If an item stock not reflecting in a particular material center then might you have made that item's transactions with some other material center. In that case you need to check that item's stock in all material centers and check.

In BUSY, we have different Stock Valuation Method. According to Stock Valuation,Item Value shows in Stock Status. Expenses Value in item master always allocate in proportionate basis.
Note : We can check Stock Valuation Method value by pressing shortcut key F1.

To check the closing stock branch wise in BUSY then follow the below steps.
Step 1: Click on display and then stock status
Step 2: Then closing stock alphabatical and select the branch for which you want to see the stock details

Process to generate closing stock report, follow these steps:
 Step 1 : Click on display
 Step 2 : Stock status
 Step 3 : Select closing stock alphabetical
 Step 4 : All items
 Step 5 : Open report and check

If you have entered sales voucher without having stock then the stock will display negative in stock report. To resolve the above issue, you need to post purchase or production voucher before posting sales in order to generate stock.
