To view MRP wise closing stock in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to display section then click on MRP wise reports.
Step 2: Choose MRP closing stock then select balance only.
Step 3: Select all MRP then select item range and open the report.

For showing stock report with alternate unit follow below steps :
Step 1: Click on Display menu
Step 2: Click on stock status
Step 3: choose your report preferences 
Step 4: select option Report to be shown in - Alt. Unit this will resolve your problem.

To Check the Stock quantity with MRP please follow below steps: 
Step 1: Go to display menu .
Step 2: Select Stock Status report 
Step 3: Open closing balance report in Detailed 
Step 4: Enable  show value of Items and open the report. 

If a newly created item does not appear in the stock report, please verify that you have entered the specified opening stock in the designated field and disabled the "do not maintain stock" option located on the right side of the window.

To view the stock left after subtracting purchased material in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to display and then click on stock status.
Step 2: Now choose report closing stock alphabetical, detailed or balances only as needed.
Step 3: And check stock report.

To view the raw material stock separtely in stock reports, you need to create raw material group under which you can create raw material items and then you can use the gruop filter on stock reports to view the raw material stock.

The stock reports in BUSY provide information about the quantity and value of your inventory. They show details such as opening stock, purchases, sales, and closing stock. The reports help you track and analyze your stock levels and transactions level wise.

To only show stock quantity to a party, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to display then stock status 
Step 2: Now select closing stock alphabatical then balance only 
Step 3: Mention no in show value of item then open report 

To check the item closing stock then you need to follow the below steps.
Step 1: Click on display and sub menu stock status
Step 2: Then closing stock alphabatcial or item group wise or hierarchical, here check it as per your requiredment. 

You can check the stock of the desired date range from the stock status report.
Pls follow the below steps :
Step 1: Click on Display
Step 2: Then Stock Status
Step 3: Then Closing stock alphabatical
Select the desired date range and view the report.
