To view the amount of single item with available quantity for sale, follow below stepa:
Step 1: Go to display menu and submenu stock status
Step 2: Then choose the closing stock option and then select closing stock alphabetical
Step 3: After that select balance only option then select one item
Step 4: Specify item name that you want to see amount and available quantity for sale and select report date
Step 5: Make sure to select show item value option as Y then press ok to view the report.
I am trying to get the stock register for multiple items (around ). But the system only allows me to generate it for one item at a time. How can I get the stock register containing data for multiple items together?
To check the stock register for selected item master, you can view the closing stock report by following these steps:
Step 1: Go to display section then click on stock status
Step 2: Now, Select the Closing Stock Alphabetical then choose balance only.
Step 3: A window will prompt you to select material centers, opt for All Material Centers. Another window will appear for item selection, choose the selected items options.
Step 4: Mention the date range and view the report after its open.
I want to freeze my stock inventory value for closing last year. What is the process to do this?
In BUSY, you can freez your whole or partial data by using these steps:
Step 1: Open your company and go to Administration.
Step 2: Select Utilities and click on Data Freezing.
Step 3: Here, you can select Full or Partial. If you select full, then you need to mention the freezing date.
Step 4: If you select partial, then you need to select the voucher type which you want to freez such as Sales, Purchase, etc and mention the freezing date the save.
I am seeing synchronization happen between the offices in BUSY but still have the stock report discrepancy
There are some possible reasons why the stock report at the head office mismatch from the branch office. These are:
1. The data from the branch offices to the head office is not synced properly. You can check Data Sync Explorer to check if any issue while syncing.
2. The material centres and voucher series groups in both the head office and the branch offices are not tagged correctly.
3. The report is checked from the wrong material centre.
There might be more reasons according to the situation.

To effectively manage inventory or generate inventory reports in BUSY, adhere to these steps:
Step 1: Launch BUSY.
Step 2: Access the "Displaymenu.
Step 3: Choose the "Inventory Bookoption.
Step 4: Pick the specific report type you wish to generate, such as stock summary, stock ledger, or any other required report.
Step 5: Configure the report parameters, including the date range or specific items.
The generated report will be presented on the screen, and you have the option to export it in your desired format, such as PDF or Excel.
How can I get real-time inventory status updates in BUSY?
To get real time inventory stock updates in BUSY can check Stock Status report by using below steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY and select the company you want to work with. Then, go to the Display tab on the top menu bar.
Step 2: Select Stock Status and click on Closing Stock - Alphabetical / Grouped / Hierarchical as needed.
Step 3: Here you can check your items current stock such as One Item / Group of Items / Selected Items / All Items as required.
Why are my product units on invoices different from inventory tracking in BUSY?
The product units on invoice and inventory tracking may be different due to the following
reasons
1 It might be possibible you are using dual unit in item and in invoice you have
entered alternate unit and in Inventory report tracking you are viewing through main Unit
2It might be possibible you are using dual unit in item and in invoice you have
entered main unit and in Inventory report tracking you are viewing through alternate Unit
I made a sales voucher for units but the stock is still showing the old higher quantity. It's not reflecting the reduced stock level after the sale. Why is this happening?
If the stock is not reducing after entering the sales voucher then you need to check that Separate Stock updation date feature is enabled or not as the stock will affect as per the stock updation date. For checking the features applicability you can refer to the steps :
1. Go to administration
2. Click on the configuration and move the features and option
3. Click on Inventory tab
4. Here you can check the option Separate Stock updation date for dual vouchers.
The stock invoices are not getting deducted from the stock I am selling. It used to reduce automatically earlier but now the quantity is not reducing. What should I do?
