To change email id/Mobile number for softlock registration follow below steps: Step1: Open BUSY software and then go to company menu Step2: Then click on license management option and select change Softlock email id/Mobile Step3: a.Check Serial Number: Your Serial No. will be shown automatically on the screen (e.g., 19119649). b.Get OTP: An OTP will be sent to your registered email (the masked email shown on screen). c.Open your email inbox and note down the OTP and enter OTP d.Type the OTP into the Email OTP field and click on the validate OTP tab. e.Once OTP is validated, new fields will be enabled. f.Enter New Details In the Enter new Email field, type the new email ID you want to update. In the Enter new Mobile No. field, type the new mobile number. g.After entering details, click the Save button. Your SoftLock Email/Mobile will be updated successfully. To change or update your registered address in BUSY you have to send request mail to us on support@busy.in with your company letterhead then we will process to change your registered address update request at our end To edit,delete and add masters in BUSY you can go to administration tab then click on masters and you can edit create or delete any master from there and if you are facing troubls generating bills you can checkout to our help menu in BUSY and you can take a help of user manual or knowledge documents and you can also view the available youtube videos of BUSY related to this issue
