How do I update or change my registered address in BUSY?How do I add/edit/delete customers/vendors/items etc?I'm having trouble generating bills in BUSY. What should I do to fix this?

 To change or update your registered address in BUSY you have to send request mail to us on support@busy.in 
with your company letterhead then we will process to change your registered address update request at our end
To edit,delete and add masters in BUSY you can go to administration tab then click on masters and you can edit create or delete any master from there
and if you are facing troubls generating bills you can checkout to our help menu in BUSY and you can take a help of user manual or knowledge documents and you can also view the available youtube videos of BUSY related to this issue

How can i change email id for softlock registration in BUSY?

 To change email id for softlock registration follow below steps:
Step1: Open BUSY software and then go to company menu
Step2: Then click on license management option and select change softlock email id/password option
Step3: After that specify serial number and registration password and click on process option
Step4: Now change email ID and save the changes by click on save option
Note: If you cannot remember the registration password, please send a request email to support@busy.in with the company letterhead to change the registered email ID.

I want to change the password for my BUSY mail ID. What steps should I follow?

 To change the password for your email id which is registered with BUSY.
Pls Follow the below steps :
Step 1: In case of Softlock License : You can change the password from the License management option then click on change the softlock email and password , Mention the new password.
Step 2: In case of Dongle License : You have to mail at support@busy.in from your registered email id with the BUSY serial number for changing the password.

Why while doing soft lock registration state does not change even though I have corrected the state of my company?

 If, while registering for soft lock, the state does not change even after you have 
corrected your company details, you can request the UMF Form by emailing us
at support@busy.in. We will send you the UMF Form via email.
Once you receive it, update your state with your company details and send it back
to us on the same email ID. We will then update the same.

I need to update my contact information in my BUSY profile. How can I edit my user details?

 If you want to update the contact details in company by going to the Edit Company option.

What are the steps for changing registered mail id in BUSY?

 To change registered mail id in BUSY follow below steps:
Step1: Open BUSY software and go to company menu.
Step2: Then click on license management section and select change softlock email id and password option.
Step3: Here you are specify serial number and registered password then click on proceed, now specify new email id and password on the required field and save the changes.

How can i check which email id is registered in BUSY?

 In BUSY you can check a hint of your registered email id, by following these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY then go to license management and click on get softlock license file option.
Step 2: Enter your BUSY serial number and you see first and last characters of your email id in below the email id field.

Can I update my business/farm details after registration license of BUSY?

 Yes, you update you current company details after registration of your license.
You have to share request mail on support@busy.in then we will share you our UMF user modification Form then you have to share UMF with your all current details and then we can update you registered details as per your request.

I am unable to access the mail ID associated with my BUSY. How can I resolve this?

 When you are not able to access the registered email id of your BUSY.
In case of Softlock and Dongle License : With your BUSY serial number, you have to email at support@busy.in with the attached company letter head for changing the email at our end.
