What steps do I need to follow to softlock register using control commands in BUSY?
To register softlock using control commands in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1 : open BUSY
Step 2 : go to company menu
Step 3 : license management
Step 4 : softlock registration
Step 5 : Enter your registration details, including your activation key and serial no.
Step 6 : Click on the "Register" button to complete the registration process.
Step 7 : download the license file
Step 8 : keep license file in BUSYwin folder where BUSY installed
The software is showing an error message that says "Invalid license key". How can I resolve this error?
To resolve the "Invalid license key" error in BUSY, you can try the following points:
For Softlock License :
1: Revalidate the license from license management Tab.
2. Redownload the license file through License management and go to get and replace the License from
3: Ensure that you have select correct BUSY model as per your license key
4: If you will still get the same issue after following the above steps then Re-register your soft lock license from license management.
How can I reset my password for the accounting software if I have forgotten it?
To reset the BUSY password follow the steps
1 open BUSY and click on license management
2 click on surrender softlock license and specify mail id and serial number and click on forget
password to get the password on mail
3 or after clicking on license management click on change softlock license email id or password
4 fill the serial number and old password and proceed then fill mail id and chnage new password
and recheck password then save
When I opened BUSY Show HDD mismatch

I am unable to register or activate my BUSY. What should I do?
To register or activate BUSY you need to
follow the steps
Step1 open BUSY and go to the license managent option
Step2 Go to the Softlock registration option and put the Serial
number and activation key and validate
Step3 Put the register mail ID and other details
Step4 put the password and recheck password and click on register
Step5 you will receive the softlock license over your mail
Step6 download the license file and paste on BUSYwin folder
How do I obtain the activation key and password for my BUSY license?
You will the get the activation key in your registered email id when you purchased the BUSY. If still not able to find the activation key then you can generate from BUSY from the below steps.
Step 1: Click on Company
Step 2: Then License Management
Step 3: Then Get Softlock Activation Key
Step 4: Then mention the serial number, email id and password.
Then you will get the license file in your registered email Id.
Why does the software say my license is invalid or cannot be found?
When licence is invalid or cannot be found To fix it you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Licensce management.
Step 2: Re-validate licensce file and check BUSYwin folder that licensce file exist or not if not exist then you need to get license file.
Step 3: Click get softlock License file.
Step 4: Specify serial no and registered E mail ID then mention password.
Step 5: Paste Licensce file in BUSYwin folder and revalidate License file.
