I am trying to open BUSY but showing it is not registered What should I do ?
If While trying to enter BUSY number and its showing it is not registered it means you have updated windows or changed your syustem or hard disk . To Register BUSY in your system you need to follow the steps
Step1 Open BUSY and go to license management option
Step2 Click on surrender softlock and put the serial number mail id and register password and surrender
Step3 Again go to license management and click on get softlock activation key and put the serial number mail id and password and click of get activation key
Step4 Again go to license management and click on softlock registration
Put the serial number and activation key and validate then put the mail id and password and again reenter password and register
Step5 after registration you will get license file on your mail
Step6 download the license file and paste in in BUSYwin folder and restart BUSY
What are the steps for obtaining a softlock license file and removing demo mode in BUSY?
When you purchase the BUSY softlock license then you will get the activation key on your registered email ID.You have to do the softlock registration then will get a license file on our registered email ID. Then you have to copy and paste it in BUSYwin Folder.
Pls Follow the Below Steps :
Step 1: Click on Company Menu
Step 2: Then License Management
Step 3: Then Softlock Registration
Step 4: Select the Current Machine and Bind with Option Eithe Hard Disk ,Machine ID or IP Address.
Step 5: Mention the BUSY Serial Number and Activation Key
Step 6: Then User Company Details
Step 7: You will get a license file in your registered email ID.
Step 8: Copy License File from email id and paste it in BUSYwin Folder.
If BUSY License has expired then will be renew on chargeable basis either directly from Company end or Channel Partner.
How to register on BUSY portal for a new user?
If you want to register yourself on BUSY, you can register your license by following these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY, click license management option under company tab
Step 2: Select Softlock Registration option
Step 3: You can register your license based on Hard Disk, Machine ID, or IP Address.
Step 4: Enter the Serial No. and Activation Key that you received from BUSY. Click on the Validate Serial No. button to verify your details
Step 5: Fill in the required registration details such as Organisation name, address, contact number, etc.
Step 6: Provide your email id and password that you want to use for your BUSY account.
Step 7: After clicking on the Register button, you will receive an email with a license file attached. Download the file and save it in the BUSYwin folder where you installed
Step 8: Now, reopen the BUSY and can use it.
I purchased BUSY from a dealer but am now contacting the company directly. How do I transfer or register my license?
To activate the BUSY Softlock license, follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the BUSY application and then click on Company menu
Step 2: Now, Go to license management option then click on Softlock registration
Step 3: Choose the appropriate option to bind the softlock: with either the Hard Disk, Machine ID, or IP Address on which you want to register the BUSY license.
Step 4: After selecting the binding option, enter the serial number and activation code received in your email. Then, fill the registration details as instructed.
Step 5: Next, enter the email ID and create a registered password of your choice. Once done, click on the Register tab.
Step 6: After successfully registering the softlock, you will receive a license file on your registered email ID. Download the file and paste it in the same drive and folder where BUSY is installed.
Step 7: After reopening BUSY, it will operate in license mode.

If you changed your system you may require to register BUSY if using Softlock license.To activate BUSY using the Activation key, follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY and go to the License Management tab.
Step 2: Click on the Softlock Registration option and enter your BUSY Serial No. and activation key.
Step 3: Click on the Validate Serial No. button and wait for the validation process to complete.
Step 4: Enter your registered email id and registration password and click on the Register button.
Step 5: You will receive an email on your registered email id with a license file attached. Download the license file and save it in the BUSYwin folder where you have installed BUSY.
Step 6: You have successfully activated BUSY. You can now launch it and start using it.
If using Dongle license, You require to insert dongle in new system and lauch BUSY
How do I register my BUSY software and what information is required for registration?
To register BUSY software you can follow the below steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY sofware then go to License management from company menu
Step 2: Then select softlock registration and select option for bind softlock with harddisk , machine id or ip address
Step 3: Mention provide serail number and activation code and validate serial number
Step 4: Then mention delaids below in field provide such as company name , address .
Note: you have to mention details on all fields that are denoted with star as they are mandatory fields
Step 5: Mention email id and craeted a registration password and click on register
Step 6: When registration completed you will receive license file on your mentioned mail id
Step 7: Download then file reveiced in mail and place the file in BUSY installed folder.
