There is a licensing or activation issue coming up in BUSY. What should I do to resolve it?
If you are facing issue while registering the soflock license in BUSY, you can try these troubleshooting steps:
Step 1: Check your internet connection and make sure it is stable and fast.
Step 2: Check your antivirus settings and make sure they are not blocking BUSY application from accessing the internet or other resources.
Step 3: Verify the Serial no. & Activation key that you have entered.
Step 4: Ensure that the registered email id & password that you have entered is correct.
Step 5: Make sure to copy the license file that you have received on your registered email and paste it to the BUSYwin folder.

How do I register as a new BUSY user and manage licensing?
If you want to register your BUSY license, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY, click "license management" option under company tab
Step 2: Select Softlock Registration option
Step 3: You can register your license based on Hard Disk, Machine ID, or IP Address.
Step 4: Enter the Serial No. and Activation Key that you received from BUSY. Click on the Validate Serial No. button to verify your details
Step 5: Fill in the required registration details such as Organisation name, address, contact number, etc.
Step 6: Provide your email id and password that you want to use for your BUSY account.
Step 7: After clicking on the Register button, you will receive an email with a license file attached. Download the file and save it in the BUSYwin folder where you installed
Step 8: Now, reopen the BUSY and can use it.
How can i register or activate my software license?
To register or activate the softlock license in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the BUSY application and then click on Company menu
Step 2: Go to license management then click on Softlock registration
Step 3: Choose the appropriate option to bind the softlock: with either the Hard Disk or Machine ID or IP Address on which you want to register the BUSY license.
Step 4: Now, Enter the serial number then activation code received in your email. Then, file the registration details as instructed.
Step 5: Next, enter the email ID and create a registered password then click on the Register tab.
Step 6: After successfully registering the softlock, you will receive a license file on your registered email ID. Download the file and paste it in the same drive and folder where BUSY is installed.
Step 7: Next, Re open the BUSY.

If BUSY is running in Demo Mode, follow these steps.
Step 1. Ensure that you have a valid and active serial number and activation key.
Step 2. Double-check that you are entering the activation key correctly.
Step 3. Make sure you have a stable internet connection during the activation process.
Step 4. After successfully activating the license, ensure that the license file is located within the 'buswin' folder.
Step 5. Verify that you are using the latest version of BUSY, and the model for which the license was activated in BUSY should match the same model.
Step 6. If you have a Multiuser License and the client shows a demo copy, check the networking settings. In the data directory, enter the location of the BUSY data sharing folder, and then restart BUSY.

Step 3. You can check it by completing the process of Softlock registration. Ensure that the license file is located within the 'buswin' folder.

2. Activation key.

To soft Registeration you need to follow some steps:
Step 1: Go to company menu and click on License management option and then click on soft lock regsiteration .
Step 2: Now select the option for Bind Soft lock with and then enter serial no.
Step 3: After serial no. enter Activation key and then click on Validate serial no. option .
Step 4: Enter Registered mail and password and surrender the soft lock .
Step 5: Now enter your registered mail id and password and enter in Recheck password field and click on register.
Step 6: Check your registered mail id soft lock key will be sent on registered mail id and download the softkey and paste in folder where your BUSY has installed and restart your BUSY.
