BUSY can be use with Softlock and Dongle Security License.
Softlock License : It is used through license file which is bind with Harddisk, Machine ID or IP Server. Softlock Registration process has to be done either by itself or from Channel Partner in BUSY, After Registration License file will get generate in your registered Email ID then Copy and paste it in BUSYwin Folder where BUSY is installed. Can Change system by doing Softlock Registration Process.
Dongle License : Dongle is a Physical Device which has to be connect on USB Port of the system. Can Change system by connecting the Dongle.

To register your BUSY Accounting software and get the proper license key, you need to follow the Softlock Registration process. For register license follow the steps below:
Step 1: Open BUSY then go to license management 
Step 2: Select option register softlock license file 
Step 3: Mention serial number and activation key provided on mail
Step 4: Then validate serial number 
Step 5: Now mention registration details correctly such as company name , address and invoice details
Step 6: Mention mail id and create registration password then click on register  
Step 7: Now you will receive license file on your mentioned mail

To surrender or register the license for BUSY,you need to follow some steps:
Step 1: Open the BUSY and then click on License Management Option.
Step 2: Now click on SoftLock Registration and then select the HDD or Machine id option.
Step 3: Now enter serial number and activation key for surrender the license.
Step 4; Now enter the registration mail and password.
Step 5: After surrender and again enter registration mail id and password and click on regsiter.
Step 6; Now you will get license file on mail ID and just need to download the file and paste in folder where BUSY has 
installed 

Softlock Registration : We have to do softlock registration then will get a license file on our registered email ID. Then have to copy and paste it in BUSYwin Folder.
Pls Follow the Below Steps :
Step 1: Company Menu
Step 2: License Management
Step 3: Softlock Registration
Step 4: Select the Current Machine and Bind with Option Eithe Hard Disk ,Machine ID or IP Address.
Step 5: Mention the BUSY Serial Number and Activation Key 
Step 6: User Company Details
Step 7: You will get a license file in your registered email ID.
Step 8: Copy License File from email id and paste it in BUSYwin Folder.

If you want to change Registered Email Id of the license, you may follow given steps:
Step 1 : click on license management in company menu.
Step 2 : Click on Change softlock email id or password.
Step 3 : Enter serial number and Registered password.
Step 4 : Then update correct Email Id and password.
And In case if you don't know the Registered password , you may follow given things:
Step 1: Advised to send mail to Support@busy.in with the latterhead request and invoice copy.
Step 2: Send with all necessary details like company name, contact person, mobile number, registered mail ID, sr. no.,etc.

For Generate Softlock Registration file follow these steps:
1. Open BUSY then Go in License management 
2. Then go in softlock Registration 
3. Click on current machine and bind softlock with hard disk or machine id 
4. Mention serial number and activation key
5. Then click on validate serial number mention mail id and registration password
6. Then in bottom mention Registration password and mention password again in recheck password 
7. Then click on register and you will get license file on your Registered mail id 
8. Download license file and copy file and paste where BUSY install and reopen BUSY

These are the steps for Reset softlock registered password :
 Step 1: Open BUSY Software
 Step 2: Go to Company Menu
 Step 3: Click on License Management Option 
 Step 4: Then click on Get Softlock License File
 Step 5: Then mention BUSY serial in the field of SERIAL number
 Step 6: Then Mention Softlock registered Email ID in the field of Registered Email ID
 Step 7: Afterward, select the Forgot option, and a Mail will be sent to your registered email ID. 
 Step 8: You can then check your Softlock registered password.

To activate your BUSY license, you can follow these steps:
 Step 1: Open BUSY, click "license management" option under company tab
 Step 2: Select Softlock Registration option
 Step 3: Enter Activation Key
 Step 4: OTP Verification
 Step 6: Re open Busy
 To resolve the issue while activate the license, you can these troubleshooting steps:
  Step 1: Make sure stable and fast internet connection.
  Step 2: Check the antivirus setting, and make sure it is not blocking the BUSY application to access internet.
  Step 3: Run BUSY as an administrator mode to avoid any permission error.

To activate softlock license in BUSY follow these steps: 
Step1: Open the software and go to company menu
Step2: Then click on License management section and click on softlock registration option
Step3: Now enter your BUSY Serial number and activation key in the required field and click on validate serial number button
Step4: After validation specify registered mail id and password and again specify to confirm the password and save the configuration
Step5: After that a confirmation mail has beed received on your registered email id and download the license file, paste in the BUSYwin folder and reopen BUSY

If you did not not receive the license file on your registered email ID that is
 required for updating the software then please follow the given steps
 Step 1: open BUSY.
 Step 2: Then go to license management then get softlock license file.
 Step 3: Then enter your serial No. and registered email id and registration
 password. then click on get license file. 
 Step 4: Then you will get your file on your mail.
 Step 5: Then just download file and place in BUSY win folder and then revalidate
 and restart BUSY.
