To customize columns and add fields like HSN code in existing reports in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
 Step 1. Open the report you want to customize.
 Step 2. Click on the Customize button or go to the Settings menu and select Customize Report.
 Step 3. In the customization window, you will see a list of available columns.
 Step 4. To add a new column, click on the + button or drag and drop the desired field from the available columns list to the report layout.
 Step 5. To remove a column, click on the - button or drag and drop the unwanted field from the report layout to the available columns list.
 Step 6. You can also rearrange the columns by dragging and dropping them to the desired position.
 Step 7. Once you have added or removed the columns, click on the Apply or Save button to save the changes.
 Step 8. The report will now display the customized columns, including the HSN code if you have added it.

To get detailed sales/profitability reports from the BUSY software. 
 Step 1. Open BUSY Software 
 Step 2. Open company 
 Step 3. Go to display menu click 
 Step 4. Mis reports click 
 Step 5. Profitability reports click 
 After click on Profitability reports you will get following reports options 
 Bill wise, 
 Party wise, 
 MC wise, 
 Broker or Salesman wise, 
 Item wise, 
 Batch wise, 
 Item Serial Number wise, 
 Parameter wise 
 BCN wise 
 Reconcile Item wise Gross Profit. 
 Step 6. Click on any one of them 
 Step 7. Select date range 
 Step 8. Select item's cost price basis 
 Step 9. also check other options which are available press y to yes the options as per your requirements. 
 Step 10. Open the report 
 Now you can check detailed sales/profit.

With BUSY, you can access a report option that shows you the profitability of each item. This option lets you see how much profit or loss you make from selling a product, based on its cost. To view this report can follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY and select the company you want to work with. Then, go to the Display menu.
Step 2: Select MIS Reports and click on Profitability Reports.
Step 3: Select Item-wise and choose whether you want to see the report for All vouchers or Only Sale Vouchers. You can also filter the report by All Items or Group of Items as per your requirement.
Step 4: Enter the date range and can view the report. This report will show you item wise Gross Profit and its Ratio.

To Track the profitability by product lines, customers,etc in BUSY there are multiple reports for the same :
1. In the display option then Click on MIS reports.
2. We have multiple reports for the same depends on the requirements such as :
 a. Related to Cash and funds 
 We have reports regarding Cash and funds flow in which closing for the cash cane be determined 
 b.Related to Ratio Analysis 
 We have report related to different ratio's according to accounting standard(Liquidity and turnover, Etc)
 c.Realted to profitability on specific masters
 Master profitability reports are also there which is classified under party wise, itemwise, bill wise and calculation depends on the stock valulation method selected by you.

BUSY handles reconciliation of sales and purchase quantities along with amounts by providing separate reports for sales and purchases you can generate the Sales Analysis report under the Display menu
If you want to track profitability of Items in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Display menu.
Step 2: Select MIS Reports and click on Profitability Reports.
Step 3: Select Item-wise and choose whether you want to see the report for All vouchers or Only Sale Vouchers. You can also filter the report by All Items or Group of Items as per your requirement.
Step 4: Enter the date range and can view the report. This report will show you item wise Gross Profit and its Ratio.

To track item-wise sales in BUSY, you can generate the Sales Analysis report under the Display menu. This report provides details on the quantity sold, sales value for each item.
If you want to track profitability of Items in BUSY, you can follow these steps:

If you want to track the cost and revenue of your transactions, you can use the Profitability Report feature in BUSY. This feature allows you to view the profit or loss of your bills, parties, items, etc. To use this feature, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY and select the company you want to work with. Then, go to the Display tab and click on the MIS Reports.
Step 2: Under MIS Reports, you will find a report named Profitability Report. This report has multiple options, such as Bill-wise, Party-wise, Item-wise, etc. You can select the option that suits your needs and view the cost and profit of your transactions.

MIS Reports display information regarding the operations of the company that helps in maintaining control over the company. In other words, these reports help in maintaining the Management Information Systems (MIS) for the company. The reports provide information on different aspects of the company such as cash flow, fund flow, inventory status, targets achieved and so on. Thus, the reports under MIS Reports help in taking managerial decisions
Profitability Reports
Profitability Reports displays the gains or losses on various accounts, bills, items or Material Centres. On clicking the Profitability Report option, various options are displayed. The options are:
Bill-wise,·Party-wise,·MC-wise,·Broker/Salesman-wise,·Item-wise,·Batch-wise,·Item Serial No. - wise,·Parameter - wise,·BCN - wise,Reconcile Item-wise Gross Profit.

Yes it is possible, BUSY has a report called "Multi Company Results" that allows you to view consolidated reports for group of companies. To view this report, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY and select the company you want to work with. Then, go to the Display tab on the top menu bar.
Step 2: Select the option MIS Reports and click on Multi Company Results.
Step 3: Here, you can choose the companies that you want to include in the consolidated report and select the type of report, such as Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, etc.
In this report no option to view P&L for multiple companies.

If the BUSY display any invoice it means that voucher has generated in data by any user either from admin user or by sub user. Further you can view the audit trial report to cross verify the user through the invoice has been generated.
To check the audit trial report in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Display section then clickon Check list menu.
Step 2: Select the Audit Trial Report, then choose the specific details you want to display. Select the user whose entries you want to check and specify the entries to be reviewed.
Step 3: Press on Ok tab and can view the report.
