You can lock your BUSY by pressing Alt+K. This will prevent unauthorized access to your data. However, this option only works for the system where you are using the software. It does not work for multiple systems that are connected to the same data.

To configure the API settings in BUSY to connect with the GST portal, you need to enable API access in the GST portal. Login to the GST portal, go to profile settings, and click on 'Manage API Access'. Enable API access from there.

To properly close out of BUSY, make sure all open forms are closed, and then exit the programme normally from the company menu by selecting the exit close company option.
