In BUSY no need to check status of servers. But if you have a multiuser license, you should make sure that the network connectivity between the server system and the client system is good.

The reason for the ledger balance not updating could be an incorrect opening balance or manual journal entries causing confusion. The solution would be to identify the root cause, take a backup, and modify the opening balances if necessary. It may also be helpful to create a new company for the financial year to resolve the issue.

To correct the opening balances of parties showing in credit instead of debit, you will need to make the necessary adjustments in your accounting system. Identify the parties with incorrect opening balances and reverse the entries by debiting their accounts and crediting the appropriate accounts. This will correct the balances and ensure they are reflected as debits.

You can force close BUSY by using the Task Manager
To open task manager follow these steps:
Step 1: Right click on taskbar or search task manager in start menu
Step 2: Click on task manager
Step 3: Then select BUSY program named as the complete business accounting software 
Step 4: Afterwards click on end task button to end this program.

The iOS and Android applications of BUSY have similar features and functionality. The main difference is the operating system they run on. If you have an iPhone or iPad, you should use the iOS application. If you have an Android device, you should use the Android application. Choose the one that is compatible with your device.

To refresh/update the data in BUSY , you can follow these steps:
 Step 1. Open BUSY.
 Step 2. Go to the Housekeeping menu.
 Step 3. Select the Update Master Balances option.
 Step 4. Follow the prompts to refresh/update the data.
 Step 5. Once the update is complete, your data will be refreshed and up to date.

To run update master balance in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Before run this process make sure to take latest backup of your data.
Step 1: Open your company and go to the House-keeping menu.
Step 2: Click on “Update Master Balances” and press OK to start the process. Please wait patiently until the process is completed.

Station field will be visible in Account master. For checking the same please follow the below steps:-
 Step 1: Click on administartion
 Step 2: Go to master
 Step 3: Click on modify
 Step 4: Setect master you want to mention station
 Step 5: Mention Station at the bottom field avaliable and press save button

To generate a printout of an invoice in BUSY, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1: Go to transactions menu select voucher type and click on modify mode
Step 2: Then enter details of voucher for which you need to print voucher or invoice 
Step 3: Click on the print option and print it.
