To resolve the indexing issue in BUSY where the index page is not loading, you can try the following steps:
 Step 1. Restart the software and try accessing the index page again.
 Step 2. Check your internet connection to ensure it is stable.
 Step 3. Clear your browser cache and cookies.
 Step 4. Update your software to the latest version.

You can run the Update Master Balance feature in BUSY as per your specific needs and business requirements. However, it is advisable to run it on a regular basis, such as weekly or monthly, to keep the balance information accurate and updated. Before running this feature, make sure to take a backup of your data to avoid any data loss.

BUSY has an option to block or deactivate any Item Group. If you want to do this, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration and click on Utilities.
Step 2: Choose either Block Account/Item or De-Activate Masters, depending on what you want to do.
Step 3: Select the Item Group that you want to block or deactivate and save.

To check and clear junk characters in BUSY, follow the below steps:
Step 1: Take backup of your data.
Step 2: Open your company then go to housekeeping menu.
Step 3: Select check junk characters option and choose either masters or vouchers as required.
Step 4: If you found any junk characters in any field of master and voucher have correct them manually.

If you want to close BUSY if it is still running in backend please follow these steps:
Step 1: Right click on taskbar or search task manager in start menu
Step 2: Then click on task manager
Step 3: Then select BUSY program named as the complete business accounting software 
Step 4: Afterwards click on end task button to end this program.

To run regenerate dual voucher in BUSY data, follow these steps:
Step 1: Take the latest backup of your data.
Step 2: Go to housekeeping section then click on click on regenerate dual voucher.
Step 3: Click on you can proceed as i have the latest backup then click on ok
Step 4: Select the vouchers as per need and run the process.

BUSY has an option to block or deactivate any account group. If you want to do this, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration and click on Utilities.
Step 2: Choose either Block Account/Item or De-Activate Masters, depending on what you want to do.
Step 3: Select the account group that you want to block or deactivate and save.

To verify whether you have opened the company in the enterprise model in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY and click on the Select BUSY Model option in the Company Menu. Check if the Enterprise model is selected.
Step 2: Additionally, you can check the topmost tab of BUSY after opening it where the Model is also mentioned.

To check the data size and ensure about the company, follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY then click on company menu
Step 2: Select the open company option then tick on show data size option available at bottom right side of company screen.
Step 3: Now, check the company data size and ensure about company by checking the company name.

You can force close BUSY by using the Task Manager
To open task manager follow these steps:
Step 1: Right click on taskbar or search task manager in start menu
Step 2: Then click on task manager
Step 3: Then select BUSY program named as the complete business accounting software 
Step 4: Afterwards click on end task button to end this program
