MRP and sale price differ in BUSY because they are calculated based on different factors. MRP stands for maximum retail price, which is the highest price that a product can be sold to a consumer. Sale price is the actual price that a product is sold to a consumer, which may be lower than the MRP depending on various factors such as discounts, schemes, taxes, etc.

If you want to Add a State master below are steps to do it:-
Step1: Navigate to Administration menu.
Step2: Then click on Master option.
Step3: Select Misc. Master option after that state option
From there you can able to add a new State master further if you want to create it directly from party master so you have to keep cursor in front of state option then press F3.

The specific system requirements and compatibility for smooth functioning of BUSY are follows
 1. Operating System should be Windows 8.1 or Above.
 2. Minimum 4GB Ram should be required for better performance.
 3. Processor should be good and compatable with system.
 4. There should be free space available on drive.

To run update master balance in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
 Step 1: Open your company and go to Housekeeping Menu.
 Step 2: Select Update Master Balances and make sure to close company on other systems.
 Step 3: Press Ok button to start the process and wait untill it is complete.
 Note: Take latest backup of your data before running this process.

TO delete user log entry go to:
Step 1 : Click on display
Step 2 : Then go to check list
Step 3 : User activity log
Step 4 : Open report
Step 5 : Delete using F8 key
To delete event log go to:
Step 1 : BUSY home screen
Step 2 : Press CTRL + ALT + SHIFT + L
Step 3 : Open report
Step 4 : Delete using F8 key

The production reports in BUSY may not show correct or updated data due to 
 Step 1 : Errors in data entry
 Step 2 : Incorrect settings 
 Step 3 : Configurations
 Step 4 : Issues with data synchronization.
 Step 5 : It is important to ensure accurate data entry and regularly update the software to the latest version to resolve any potential issues.

To transfer the opening balance or previous year's balance to the new financial year in BUSY, you can use the option to carry forward the balances. This option allows you to transfer the closing balances of the previous year to the opening balances of the new year. By doing this, the balances from the previous year will reflect in the new financial year.

After regenerating vouchers in BUSY, you can reconcile or review the changes by comparing the updated vouchers with the previous ones. To locate the Serial Number of BUSY, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Open BUSY, and you will find the serial number in the tab above. It will be either 6 or 8 digits long.
Step 2: Alternatively, you can click on the Help menu after opening the company. Then, click on About BUSY, and the serial number will also be displayed there.
