I want to delete some data from the BUSY cloud. How do I do that?
If you want to delete data from a cloud login, the company is BUSY.
and delete the entry that you want to delete, then sync the data from
Administration, then data import and export, click on cloud sync, and
Click on the bulk upload option.
How can I export reports or data from the mobile app to Excel/PDF?
Currently, the BUSY Mobile App allows you to share some reports in PDF format via WhatsApp, email, etc. The reports that you can share are: Account Ledger, Amount Receivable / Amount Payable, and Bills Receivable / Bills Payable.
How is my normal system data separate from BUSY cloud data?
Your normal system data is separate from BUSY cloud data because BUSY cloud data is stored on a separate server and accessed through the cloud, while your normal system data is stored locally on your computer.

BUSY doesnot have facility to auto sync BUSY data to mobile application either you need to sync data manual from BUSY or can configure for Cloud sync in BUSY agent with the time duration.
