If you want to see another financial year of the company in mobile app you may follow these steps:-
step 1: Do create BDEP Id in other financial year and then bulk upload data on cloud server.
Step 2: Then can switch financial year in mobile app from home menu - settings - change financial year.
What is the right way to delete and re-upload data on mobile app to resolve syncing issues?

You can access your data on mobile app from anytime from anywhere for access data you have to follow these steps:
step 1: Open mobile app in your phone
step 2: Mention bdep id
step 3: Mention cloud user name and cloud user name password
step 4: click on proceed securely and access your data.
How do I troubleshoot BUSY mobile app issues, such as missing reports or transactions?
When some reports and transactions is missing in the mobile app.
Pls Follow the below Steps:
Step 1: Make sure the internet connectivity should be proper.
Step 2: There should be updated version of BUSY and Mobile App.
Step 3: Delete mobile app data and upload it again from BUSY
What should I do if my bulk upload is taking longer than normal?
If the bulk upload process is taking time longer than normal in BUSY, check the following reason:
Step 1: Interent connection must be stable.
Step 2: Time duration for upload data will take time as per data size.
Step 3: Check the incomplete voucher from housekeeping section and remove the same if exists.
