If you want to view and access BUSY on your mobile then please follow the
given steps
Step 1: You have to purchase the subsciption plan for it.
Step 2: You can download our mobile app from play store
Step 3: Once activation done. Then you need to configure in BUSY
Step 4: Go the the administration then configuration
Step 5: Then Feature option
Step 6: Then general and create BDEP ID and enable option of BUSY mobile app
and select the radio button of through cloud sync.
Step 7: Then for create mobile user Go to administration then user and mobile user.
Step 8: Here you will add the mobile user configuration.
Step 9: Then Go to data export import option and then cloud sync. then Bulk upload.
Step 10: Once above steps done then you will log in in the mobile app using BDEP

Yes a mobile app for BUSY is available. To sync it with the BUSY desktop version you need to configure it in the desktop version. for configur in BUSY desktop version please follow the given steps

Step 3: Then create BDEP id and save Then enable BUSY mobile app
Step 4: Then tick the radio button of the through cloud sync then save .
Step 5: Then Administration then Data export import and cloud sync

Process for renewing the BUSY mobile app subscription annually?
Mobile app can be renew for one year or three year for the no. of devices. when the payment get done either at customer support or if you done the payment to the channel partner for one year then you will receive the activation code.
Pls follow the below steps for generating mobile app activation code :
Step 1: Open the HI BUSY
Step 2: Check the AC get credit for the serial number
Step 3: Select the 360 Days for one year
Step 4: Mention the name, mobile number and email id where you will recieve the transaction code
Step 5: Enter the transaction code which recieved on mobile number and in email then generate the activation code.
