If you are unable to send a notification and it shows an error, you need to do the following steps:
1. The client PC is not showing network connectivity to connect to the server.
2. Also, you should share the database folder to connect the server or database.
3. Update the system to the latest version.
4. Check Anti-Virsu and add the BUSYexe and BUSYwin folders to Anti-Virsu.
5. Inbound and outbound rules for BUSY firewalls
6. Checked by disabling Windows Defender
7. Set the Never NotiFinancial Year User Control setting from the control panel option.
8. Give full permission to the BUSY Win folder.
9. Restart the system; restart the internet.
10. Uninstall the app from mobile and delete app data.
11. Then reinstall the app from the Play Store or App Store.
12. After reinstalling the app, reregister with your mobile number.

To backup your data on Google Drive from BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Download the BUSY Agent Setup from the BUSY website www.busy.in Go to the Resources and Download section to find the setup file.
Step 2: Install the setup in the same drive where BUSY is installed.
Step 3: After the installation is complete, configure your data directory from where your data is running under the General Configuration tab.
Step 4: Click on Backup Configuration (Google Drive) and enter your Gmail ID and authorize it.
Step 5: Schedule your backup as per your requirements and save the configuration. Click on Add to Startup to enable automatic backup on your Google Drive.
Now, your data will be backed up on Google Drive at the scheduled time.
How do I activate the auto-backup feature in BUSY?

To Add Users and set permission in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company with Super / Admin user.
Step 2: Go to the Administration tab.
Step 3: Select on "Users" option and click on the Add button.
Step 4: Type the User Name, Password and Recheck Password for the new user.
Step 5: Assign the rights and permissions for the new user according to your needs and preferences.
Step 6: Click on the Save button to create the new user.
You can enter the opening balance for your Account Master or Item Master in two ways: either when you create them or later when you modify them.
Please note that Opening Balance and Related Entries can be changed only in the Beginning F.Y.
In BUSY BNS unable to get Notification. What should I do?
If you are unable to receive notifications on BUSY BNS, you can follow the steps below to fix it:
Step 1: Go to your mobile phone settings.
Step 2: Click on the App Management option or a related option (this may vary depending on your device).
Step 3: Find the BUSY BNS app and click on it, then click on the Storage option.
Step 4: Clear the cache and data from there.
Step 5: Open BUSY BNS again and it will ask you to re-register. Follow the steps and enter the OTP.
Step 6: If you still face the same issue, try reinstalling the BUSY BNS app.
