I am not able to send messages from BUSYWhat should I do?

If you are unable to send messages from BUSY, there could be various reasons for this issue. Here are some troubleshooting steps to help you resolve it:
Step 1 : Ensure that you have an active and stable internet connection.
Step 2 : Double-check the recipient's email address or contact information to ensure it's accurate.
Step 3 :If you are sending messages via email, verify that your email account is correctly configured within the software.
Step 4 : Check BNS registeredmobile number .

How to get real-time notifications for billing transactions?

In the BUSY BNS application you can get the real time notifications for billing process. To configure it you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration menu then click on Configuration.
Step 2: Select Features / Options and click on General. Here, you will see an option called Enable Event Notification set Y to enable it and click on Configuration.
Step 3: Next, you need to mention the Mobile No. which registered on the BUSY BNS application and select the Event i.e, Add / Modify / Delete Voucher etc then select the voucher type and user.
Step 4: After configure save change and you will receive the notification if the condition fullfill.

To send notification from BUSY , follow the bellow steps:
Step 1: Go to administration then configuration
Step 2: Select voucher series configuration then select voucher type and series
Step 3: Go to voucher configuration option and Specify yes in send notification to BUSYBNS afetr saving voucher
Step 4: In configuration window mention mobile number and save
Step 5: After saving voucher you will receive notification on BUSYBNS applicatio in mobile
To enable alerts , follow the below steps:
NOTE: Alert option is only available in Enterprise model
Step 1: Go to administration then configuration now select features/options
Step 2: Salect enterprise feature and enabled alerts
Step 3: Specify the conditions for sending alert and choose action of alert

BUSY crashed and I lost some of my workHow can I recover or restore my data?

We can take backup and restore the same from company menu.
For Backup follow the below step
Step 1:- Go to Company menu
Step 2:- Backup data
Step 3:- Select company
Step 4:- Mention user name and password of company
Step 5:- Sepecify path for backup
Step 6:- Select financial year for backup(Single or All).
For restoring backup follow the below steps
Step 1:- Go to company menu
Step 2:- Restore data
Step 3:- Mention path for restoration
Step 4:- Click ok
If same company already exits in list of company then it will ask for rewrite backup data on existing data. Select as per need (Yes or No)
