Does BUSY allow editing or deleting of finalized bills or invoices?

If you want to modify or delete your vouchers in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Transaction menu and choose the voucher type that you want to modify or delete, such as Sales, Purchase, etc.
Step 2: Click on Modify and open the voucher that you want to change or remove.
Step 3: Make the necessary changes and save them again.
Step 4: To delete the voucher, click on Delete button or press F8 after opening it.

How do I create a new BUSY account if I don't remember my old credentials?

To configure and save a new chart of accounts in BUSY properly, follow these steps:
Follow Below Steps :
Click On
Step 1: Administration
Step 2: Account
Step 3: Add/Modify
We can also add the in Bulk for Accounts. Click On Below Options.
Step 1: Administration
Step 2: Multiple Account Creation/Modifcation option.
Step 2: Select the Either New Master / Modify Masters then field of Opening Balance, Account Name.
Step 3: Click on Load Master then add it opening balances.

To configure BUSY to send notifications after saving a voucher, go to
Step 1 : Click on administration
Step 2 : Click on configuration
Step 3 : Voucher Series Configuration
Step 4 : select the voucher series, and enable the option "Send Notification to BUSY BNS After Saving."
Step 5 : Then, configure the number of formats and select the desired format for the notification. Finally, make sure to have the BUSY Notification App installed and registered on your mobile device to receive the notifications.

BUSY provides an application named as BNS, which allow you to have notification or can share invoices to other application user also. To share notification through BNS, follow below steps:
Step 1: Open Invoice or report you want to share
Step 2: Use BNS button on top or press ATL+Y in your keyboard
Step 3: Select format
Step 4: Mention register contact no. and Click on OK button
