Step 1:- Administration Tab
Step 2:- Bulk Updation
Step 3:- Merge Masters
Step 4:- Accounts, Select duplicate master in source and other in targeted in which you wants to merge.

F function in BUSY and how to use it to select a saved number?

The F5 function in BUSY is used to select a saved number. To use it, you can press the F5 key on your keyboard and it will display a list of saved numbers. You can then select the desired number from the list.This will be showing on Billing Shipping details .
