I want to register a new company in my existing BUSY accountWhat is the process?
To register a new company in your existing BUSY account, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY & Create your company with required details under the 'Create Company' tab.
Step 2: After that setup username & password for login into your company.
Step 3: Then Features/Option window appears in that a tab will be shown by the name of "Trade Specific Configuration."
Step 4: Select your Trade Type related to your Business then the required features automatic turned on.
Step 5: Now you can create your Items and Parties by using these steps:
(i) Administration
(ii) Master
(iii) Select Item/Account as per the need.
Once you have completed these steps, BUSY will be set up and configured for your business. You can start recording and managing your day-to-day transactions under the "Transaction" menu and add the vouchers to generate invoices as required.
What is the process to update the software to the latest version in BUSY?
To upgrade to the latest version of BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Take latest backup of your all data.
Step 2: Go to BUSY and click on "Check BUSY Updates" under the Company Menu.
Step 3: Select the location where you want to save setups and click on "Download Updates" two setups will be download.
Step 4: Close any instances of BUSY that are running on your computer.
Step 5: You can install both setups by Locate the setup file on your computer and double-click on it to run them one by one.
Step 6: Follow the instructions on the screen and choose the location where you want to install the software.
Step 7: Wait for the installation process to complete and click on the finish button.
Step 8: You can now launch it and start using BUSY on your computer.
Why is the PDF not showing up in BUSY BNS even though it has been uploaded or sent?
If the PDF is not appearing on BUSY BNS even though being uploaded, you may need to ensure that BDEP BUSY Data Exchange Platform is enabled. Follow these steps:
Step 1:Log in to your company with your credentials.
Step 2:Go to the Administration menu and select Configuration from the submenu.
Step 3:Select Features or Options and go to the General tab.
Step 4:Look for the Enable BUSY Data Exchange Platform BDEP option and ensure it is enabled by setting it to Y. Click on the configuration option.
Step 5:Click on Create New ID and enter relevant details such as BDEP ID, Password, and other mandatory information. Click on the create option and save the information.
Step 6:Save the general configuration window by clicking on the save button or pressing the F2 shortcut key.
These steps should help ensure that BDEP is enabled, allowing the PDF to appear on BUSY BNS.

Step 1: Check that your computer's time zone is set to "Indian Standard Time" (UTC+5:30) for cities like Chennai, Kolkata, Mumbai, and New Delhi.
Step 2: Make sure your computer's time and date are set correctly in the Indian Standard Time format, which is dd/MM/yyyy.
Step 3: Ensure that your internet connection is working well and is stable.
Step 4: Exclude the BUSYwin folder from your antivirus, Windows Defender, and Firewall settings. This will prevent these programs from interfering with BUSYwin.
Step 5: Give permission to the BUSYwin folder and its icon, so it can run without any restrictions.

This will allow you to send PDF invoices directly to your customers' WhatsApp accounts. BUSY you are using, specifically "BUSY BNS," there is no login credential system, and access to the app is based solely on registering a mobile number.To update the phone number linked to your BNS account, you will need to uninstall the BNS app from your phone and reinstall it from the Play Store. During the registration process, you can enter your new phone number.
