You have to ensure that you are using BUSY standard model and
BUSY 21 version latest release
To take backup in cloud storage You have to follow the steps
1 Open BUSY and download BUSY agent
2 close BUSY app and install BUSYagent setup in the same location
where BUSY installed
3 go to general configuration of BUSY agen and set the BUSY
data directory path
4 Go to backup configuration google drive option and fill your
gmail user ID then set the date and timing for taking backup and
for which companies you want to take backup
5 click on authorise option beside the mail ID provided option
6 make sure that google chrome is your default browser otherwise
you will ask for mail password
7 after authorisation click on save then you can go to backup option
and click on google drive to take backup on google drive

1. open BUSY agent app
2. select first option general configuration.
3. select database type access or SQL
4. if access then select original data path and if SQL then enter server information and save the configuration
5. after that click on backup configuration for local drive and enable it.
6. set backup folder path from local drive, then select company wise or all companies option.
7. select backup schedule on weekly day and time wise, then save configuration.
8. after that click on backup configuration for google drive and enable it.
9. mentioned email id and authorise it, then select company wise or all companies option.
10. select backup schedule on weekly day and time wise, then save configuration.
11. after complete configuration, add BUSY agent in start up bar and minimise it
12 . BUSY agent will auto take backup on set time slot wise.
