Step 1: Download BUSYAgent from our official site busy.in.
Step 2: Install application in same drive and folder where BUSY is installed.
Step 3: BUSY agent will open after installation. Now, Go to general configuration and define the BUSY data path then save the configuration.
Step 4: Next,Go in backup configuration then specify path for local backup with schedule for backup.
Step 5: Afterward, Go to Backup configuration Google drive then specify Y to enable the create backup on google drive option.
Step 6: Define the gmail account then authorise it for BUSY Agent, update the backup schedule and save the configuration.
Step 7: Now, add the BUSY agent in startup then minimise it. BUSY agent will take backup automatic as per schedule.

1: Do Insert Digital signature dongle in system and run and install setup.
2: Go to administration.

4: Enable apply digital signature in invoice.

Step 1: Download the BUSY Agent Setup from the BUSY website www.busy.in Go to the Resources and Download section to find the setup file.
Step 2: Install the setup in the same drive where BUSY is installed.
Step 3: After the installation is complete, configure your data directory from where your data is running under the General Configuration tab.
Step 4: Click on Backup Configuration (Google Drive) and enter your Gmail ID and authorize it.
Step 5: Schedule your backup as per your requirements and save the configuration. Click on Add to Startup to enable automatic backup on your Google Drive.
Now, your data will be backed up on Google Drive at the scheduled time.

How do I cancel a backup in progress if needed?

If backup in processing then you cant not cancal it but if you take backup from BUSYagent then you can set BUSY Agent on Remove from Start up and close it and then when you need to take backup then you can open it and click on backup now option and select the option where you want to take backup.If you take backup in from BUSY then it shows you prompt for take backup and you can select No option for do not take backup.If enforce you to take backup then you can follow some steps:
Step 1: Open your company and click on Administartion.
Step 2: Now click on Configuration and then click on Backup Configuration.
Step 3: Now disable option Enforce Backup at the time of closing the company. and save the configuration.

How can I troubleshoot and fix the "BUSYAgent is not running" issue preventing proper startup?

You can fix the issue of BUSY Agent not running or not adding to startup by following these steps:
Step 1: Verify that BUSY Agent is installed in the same folder where BUSY application is installed.
Step 2: Run BUSY Agent as an administrator by right-clicking on the icon and selecting Run as administrator.
Step 3: Check that BUSY Agent is not already running in the background. To do this, open Task Manager and look for BUSY Agent application. If you find it, close it and try again.
Step 4: If you still cannot add BUSY Agent to startup after clicking on the Add to startup button, press Windows+R and type shell:startup. This will open the startup folder. Then, copy and paste the BUSY Agent icon into this folder and check.
