Step 5:Enter the email address for backup.

Step 8:Save Backup on Google Drive:
Ensure that during the configuration, you specify to save the backup on Google Drive.

Why are backups failing after my license expires in BUSY?

When we take backup on BUSY Agent, It works only with active BLS. If BLS get expired then need to renew either direct from Company or from Channel Partner. With Expire BLS, We can take backup only from Backup configuration option in the BUSY.

Step 4: Specify the folder path from Monday to Sunday for Company backup
Step 5: Enable the Prompt for backup & Enforce, In Case of Prompt will ask for backup while closing the company but In case of Enforce Company will not get close without backup.
Note : Customer Support is Only available with Active BLS.

Resolve incorrect backup size on Google Drive for BUSY?
