 3. The antivirus or firewall is blocking BUSY Agent application from accessing the internet or other resources.

If you get an error while validating the Dongle Server in BUSY, follow these steps:
1 Ensure BUSY has the latest release.
2 also, install the latest BUSYAgent.
3 enable Dongle Server from BUSYAgent.
4 If the issue persists after following the above process, try re-registering the Softlock license once.
By following these steps, you should be able to address the error during Dongle Server validation in BUSY.

If your backup not going to correct google drive from BUSY Agent then you can change the Gmail id for the desired google drive by usint these steps:
 Step 1: Open the BUSY Agent application.
 Step 2: Select Backup Configuration ( Google Drive) and mention your desired Gmail ID. Then, authorize the application to access your Google Drive account and save the changes.

Please check the below possible aspects for running BUSY agent on demo mode:
1.If the BUSY agent installed in Client system that run on networking either on same location or on different location, it will run on demo mode. BUSY agent must be installed on server system.
2.If the BUSY agent running on demo mode on server system then check by re open the agent.

When need to add the BUSY Agent to startup so that it will get open at backend when you open the system.

 Pls follow the steps for backup configuration in BUSY Agent :
 Step 1: Open the BUSY Agent
 Step 2: Click on backup configuration for local drive
 Step 3: Enable the create backup on local drive
 Step 4: Specify the seperate folder path for backup

BUSY Agent is missing in your system due to some reasons are:
 1. BUSY Agent icon is removed / deleted which can be create again.
 2. The application is uninstalled from the control panel.
 3. The antivirus remove the application automatically.
 4. Might be your system user doesn't have permmission to view some applications.
 There might be other reasons depending upon the situation.

To remove BUSY from startup programs, you can follow these steps:
 1. Open the Task Manager by pressing Ctrl+Shift+Esc.
 2. Go to the "Startup" tab.
 3. Locate the entry for BUSY.
 4. Right-click on it and select "Disable" or "Remove from startup".
 5. Close the Task Manager.
 By following these steps, BUSY will no longer start automatically when you boot up your computer.

If BUSY Agent is not responding, Pls Follow the Below Steps :
 Step 1: Make sure that BUSY agent should properly install in drive in which BUSY is already installed.
 Step 2: Remove the BUSYagent dll file from BUSYwin netlib folder then reinstall it.
 Step 3: Check in the task manager, If BUSY agent is open then close it and reopen it again.
