If the BUSYWin folder is missing during BUSY Agent installation then it will not get installed.We need to copy the BUSY location path and during BUSY agent installation we will paste it. As BUSY Agent will only work when it is install in drive where BUSY is already installed otherwise will give error for installing in the same drive.

To resolve frequent and multiple scheduled backup triggers in BUSY Agent, you can adjust the backup frequency and schedule settings. You can set the backup to occur less frequently or at specific times to avoid multiple triggers. Additionally, you can check if there are any conflicting backup schedules or if there are any issues with the backup software itself.

If BUSY Agent is not working, follow these steps
1 In Control Panel, remove the existing BUSY Agent instance.
2 Download the latest BUSY Agent and install it in the BUSYWin folder.
3 Configure BUSY Backup, setting the backup location to a new path.
4 After installing BUSY Agent, ensure to click Add startup tab.
By following these steps, BUSY Agent should work correctly.

To configure multiple backup timming in BUSY Agent, you can follow these steps:
 Step 1: Open the BUSY Agent application.
 Step 2: Select either Backup Configuration (Local) or Backup Configuration ( Google Drive).
 Step 3: Next, click on the "Backup Schedule" and can set backup timming. You can set only 3 times in a day for automatic backup.

You may be getting a storage full error in email backups because your email account has reached its storage limit. This means that you have used up all the available space for storing emails and attachments. To resolve this issue, you will need to either delete unnecessary emails or upgrade your email storage plan to accommodate more data.

You can change the schedule backup timing for Google Drive or Local Drive backup in the BUSY Agent.
 Pls follow the below steps :
 Step 1: Open the BUSY Agent
 Step 2: Go to the google drive or local drive option
 Step 3: Click on backup scheduled
 Step 4: Change the backup timing as per your requirement.

There is automatic retain option in the BUSY Agent, which delete the data as per the retain days specify by you.
 Pls follow the below steps :
 Step 1: Open the BUSY agent
 Step 2: Click on google drive backup configuration option
 Step 3: Click on backup scheduled
 Step 4: Mention the retain days as per your requirement

If your BUSYagent not open automatically when system gets started even though added in startup, then might be systematic issue. However you can these troubleshooting steps:
 Step 1: Uninstall all the BUSYagent setups and install a fresh one and check.
 Step 2: Press "Windows+R" and type "shell:startup".
 Step 3: Paste the BUSYAgent application in that folder and check.

Step1: Open BUSY agent app in the system and click on ADD to startup option displayed on the right side of the window.
Step2: After that BUSY agent run automatically after restart the system.
