BUSY Agent :
 Step 1: Download the BUSY Agent either from our site www.busy.in or from BUSY itself. Step 2: In General Configuration- Select Database and Specify the Data Directory. Step 3: In Backup Configuration - Specify the backup folder path on local drive. Step 4: After that Scheduled backup for All Companies Day wise with time period as per your requirement.

When you are facing the issue while opening the BUSY Agent.
 Pls follow the below steps :
 Step 1: It is properly installed in the drive where BUSY is already installed.
 Step 1: Click on task manager to check whether the BUSY agent is open in backend.
 Step 2: Then close it from task manager by selecting the BUSYagent and open it.

Alternatively, you can press Ctrl+Shift+Esc and open the Task Manager. You can see if BUSY Agent is running by finding its name in the list of applications.

 Step 1: You can see Log Details available in BUSY Agent.
 Step 2: You can check backup regularely on google drive.
 Step 3: Make sure that the BUSY Agent is added to the Startup and always run in the background.

BUSY Agent is a utility of BUSY. Which is used to take automatic backup of BUSY data. Please follow below mention steps for setting up BUSY Agent:-
 Step 1:- Company Tab
 Step 2:- Download BUSY Agent 
 Step 3:- Install BUSY Agent same drive where BUSY installed
 Step 4:- After installation enter data directory details and backup folder set backup schedule

To solve this error we suggest you to update your BUSY agent version to 2.9 for this just follow below steps :
Step 1: Double click on BUSY agent application from desktop if you do not get it on desktop check it in startup application list
Step 2: click on Check for update
Step 3: Click on Download updates it will resolve your issue.

If the latest backup data is not visible in your Google Drive interface, you should check if the backup process was completed successfully, ensure that you have installed and configured the BUSY Agent software for Google Drive backup, verify that you have a stable internet connection, and make sure that you have sufficient storage space available in your Google Drive.

You can move the company data from goole drive to pendrive.
 Pls follow the below steps :
 Step 1: Open the gmail id
 Step 2: Then google drive
 Step 3: Open th backup folder files and download it
 Step 4: After download put that backup files on desktop in some folder then copy and paste it in pendrive.
