To find BUSY Agent after minimizing it, Look for the right side arrow key on your taskbar that shows the hidden icons. Click on it and you will see the BUSY Agent icon. Check the task manager by pressing Ctrl+Shift+Esc and look for BUSY Agent under the Processes tab and see if it is running or not.

If you want to take a automatic backup from BUSYagent make sure you have added BUSYagent in startup
To add BUSYagent to startup follow given steps:
Step 1: Open BUSYagent application
Step 2: Then click on add to startup button that is available at top right of BUSYagent application
Step 3: Now your BUSYagent is successfully added to a startup

Yes, BUSY provides options for backup and recovery of data. You can manually take backups on a daily basis or use the BUSY Agent tool to schedule automatic backups. The data can be stored on Google Drive or a local drive. In case of data corruption or loss, you can restore the data from a backup.

To check if your backup is properly saved in Google Drive from BUSY agent, Follow below steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY agent and check log details activity for checking confirmation of backup saved in google drive 
Step 2: Then you can log in to your Google Drive account and check the BUSY Backup folder there.

To end task the BUSY agent, you can follow these steps:
Step 1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open the Task Manager.
Step 2. In the Task Manager, go to the "Processes" tab.
Step 3. Click on Cross sign in top coming.
Step 4. Select the BUSY agent process and click on the "End Task" button.
