If local data is deleted and there is no backup on Google Drive, unfortunately, there is no way to recover the lost data. It is important to regularly backup your data to avoid such situations in the future.

If you are taking automatic backup from BUSY Agent utility, you can check in BUSY agent that backup is successfully taken or not
 Open BUSY Agent, here you can see that automatic backup has successfully take or not

To update the backup location for BUSY Agent then Pls Follow the Below Steps :
 Step 1: Open the BUSYAgent 
 Step 2: Click on Backup Configuration of Local Drive
 Step 3: Can change the backup folder path

If you want to add BUSYagent in the startup follow this:
Step 1: Open BUSYagent application
Step 2: Then click on add to startup button
Step 3: Minimize the BUSYagent 
Step 4: Now your BUSYagent is successfully added to the startup

We need to open the BUSY Agent then click on Add to startup. When we set to startup then the BUSY backup automatically done when open the system on the scheduled time which has been specified in it.

If you want to get deleted vouchers but BUSY agent backup data not showing deleted voucher, do check company backup data before the voucher deletion date, and then restore it by restore data tab in company menu.

A full backup of BUSY includes all the masters and transaction data with reports , the configuration which has been done in the company, design format, add on and customization if has done from the channel partner.

Yes, you can customize backup schedules based on your office timings. For example, you can schedule backups to occur at 11 in the morning, 5 in the evening, and 9 at night, as per your preferred timings.

Step 2: Company Menu
Step 3: Restore Data
Step 4: Specify the backup folder path and restore it with overwrite no.
