 We can check the backup success log in BUSY agent log details for the companies whose backup has been successfully done.

To backup your data in the background, Minimize the BUSY Agent application instead of closing it. Add BUSY Agent to the startup programs so that it will launch automatically when you start your system.

The reason why the backup is going to Google Drive instead of the local drive is that you have configured BUSY Agent to only backup to Google Drive and not to the local drive.

BUSY does not have a feature to sync files from local drive to Google Drive. 
 However, you can use BUSY Agent application to backup your data to both local drive and Google Drive.

When the backup size exceeds the Google Drive storage limit, you will need to free up space on your Google Drive or upgrade to a higher storage plan to accommodate the larger backup size.

In BUSY Agent, The data will get upload according to the data directory which has been specified in the BUSY Agent. It will upload data in which company the mobile app feature is enabled.

To make the BUSY Agent run minimized for automated backups, you need to open the BUSY Agent and then minimize it. It should remain minimized in the background while it takes the backups automatically.

You have to install the BUSY and BUSY Agent application in the same drive to run both applications properly. However you can define different backup folder in BUSY backup configuration and BUSY Agent.

BUSY Agent is a tool that helps you to backup your data automatically according to a schedule. And in there no option to customize and configure any field according to your business needs.

To change the backup location in BUSY Agent, you can follow these steps:
 Step 1: Open the BUSY Agent application.
 Step 2: Select Backup Configuration (Local) and can change the path for Backup.
