If you want to print e invoice then please follow the given steps
Step 1: Go to the transaction
Step 2: Then GST misc utilities
Step 3: Then e way bill and e invoice management
Step 4: Then generate print e invoice
Step 5: Then load list of voucher after select vch type and date range
Step 6: Then select voucher and click print e invoice button.
If you want to email then please follow the given steps
Step 1: Open the invoice that you want to email
Step 2: Then you can see email option in the top right corner of the voucher and select it
Step 3: And you can use shortcut key i.e Alt + M
Step 4: Then you have to select the pdf format that you will share
Step 5: Then click on email button.

To resolve the issue of not being able to access your email account through BUSY, you can try the following steps:
Step 1:Ensure that you have a stable and working internet connection. Sometimes, connectivity issues can prevent email synchronization.
Step 2 : Check that the email account settings within BUSY are correctly configured..
Step 3 : If you have changed your email account password recently, make sure to update it within the BUSY.
Step 4 : Check if your email provider has specific security settings, such as two-factor authentication (2FA) or app-specific passwords.
Step 5 : Your firewall or antivirus software may block BUSY from accessing your email.
Step 6 : To isolate the issue, try accessing your email using a web browser or a dedicated email client (e.g., Outlook, Thunderbird) to see if the problem is specific to BUSY or if it's a broader email account issue.
Step 7 :If you've tried all the above steps and still can't access your email through BUSY, it may be time to contact their customer support.
I am unable to send emails directly from BUSY. How can I resolve this?
To configure email settings and password in BUSY, you can find these options in the "Configuration" menu. Within the Configuration menu, look for the "Email Settings" option. Here, you can enter your email address, password, SMTP details, and other relevant information to set up your email settings in BUSY.
Step 2. Select Email Configuration from the options.
Step 3. Enter your email address and password in the provided fields.
Step 4. Choose the email service provider you are using (e.g., Gmail, Outlook).
Step 5. Enter the SMTP server and port details for your email provider. You can find these details in the email settings of your email account.
Step 6. Enable SSL/TLS encryption if required by your email provider.

How do I send invoices to multiple customer groups from BUSY?
To email invoices to group of customers from BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY and select the company you want to work with. Then, go to the Print / Email / SMS tab and click on Print Utilities.
Step 2: Select the Invoice / Documents option and choose the voucher type which you want to print such as Sales Invoice, Purchase Invoice, etc.
Step 3: Select the Account master range as Group and enter the Group Name from the dropdown list.
Step 4: You can also filter the invoices by Item & Material Centre. You can select One, Group, ALL, or Selected.
Step 5: Enter the date range for the invoices you want to email and choose your printing format.
Step 6: Click on Email and then Sent To Party the email address will picked up from the party master.
Step 7: You can also enter the email id if not mentioned in the party master.
Step 8: After mention all the necessary details click on Send button and can send.
