Step 1: Re check the details entered in the email configuration.
Step 2: Try to send test mail if showig error 3 then smtp entered is wrong need to correct it . if 4
error is showing then Port entered is wrong need to correct it. if it is showing 114 then
need to correct the user name and app password if showing could not connect then
need to correct the receiver details.
Step 3: Generate the separate new app password from google account setting then paste in
the password field.
Step 4:If showing error authentication failed then ensure your internet connection working fine
and BUSY have full right to access internet in antivirus.

Why am I unable to see the email sending option in BUSY?
If you are unable to see the email option after saving the voucher in BUSY then follow these steps.
Note - To ensure that your email configuration within BUSY is set up correctly for the email functionality to work properly.
Step 1. Go to Administration menu.
Step 2. Then click on configuration option
Step 3. Then select Voucher Series Configuration
Step 4. Now Expand the sale Button and select the series whose invoices you want to email.
Step 5. After selection of sale series click on Voucher configuration button which located on right side.
Step 6. Then Enable the option Send email after saving as Y and save the configuration.
Step 7. After configuring the email settings when you save the sales invoice BUSY will prompt you to send the email. Click the
Yes button to proceed with sending the email.
Note- Recipients email ID should be configured in the Party Master for the email functionality to work properly.

Step 1: First you have to configure Email and SMS configuration.
Step 2: For configuration go to the administration
Step 3: Then configuration
Step 4: Then sms configuration for whatsapp and email configuration for email.
Step 5: Once you have done with the configuration then voucher series configuration in the
configuration list.
Step 6: Select the voucher type in which you want to configure.
Step 7: Then select the series from dropdown.
Step 8: Then select the voucher configuration tab.
Step 9: Then turn on the option of send email after saving or send sms after saving.
Step 10: Now, a new window will appear while saving new voucher of email or sms.

Step 3 :Generate an app-specific password for BUSY from your Google account settings and use it for authentication if required. This is especially necessary if you have 2FA enabled.

Step 2: Then do left click on you Profile image
Step 3: Then click on manage your google account
Step 4: Then find security option in left side and select it

Step 6: Then in searchbar of email enter app password and select it
Step 7: Then enter the BUSY in the app name and create or generate password
Step 8: Then copy the generated password and paste
Step 9: Then go to administration in BUSY
