To fix the formatting issue in BUSY then follow the steps
Step 1. Open the Administration menu and select the Configuration option.
Step 2. Next, click on Email Configuration, and then choose the Sending Report as PDF Attachment setting.
Step 3. Verify that the server name is correctly set as smtp.gmail.com. If you are using Gmail Account
Step 4. Also verify that two step factor authenticaiton is enabled in your Gmail account.
Step 5. Alternatively you can generate a new App specific password in your gmail account and input it into the
password field in BUSY.
Step 6. Check your antivirus, firewall, or Windows Defender, as they might be blocking your account.
Step 7. Ensure you have an active and stable internet connection.
Step 8. Exclude BUSY21.exe files from antivirus.
Step 9. Exclude BUSYwin folder from antivirus.
