Step 1: For add customer email id and phone number go to the administration
Step 2: Then master and account then add or modify then here you can add the
email and phone number

Step 4: First you have to configure Email and SMS configuration.
Step 5: For configuration go to the administration
Step 6: Then configuration
Step 7: Then sms configuration for whatsapp and email configuration for email.

Step 1. Go to Administration Menu
Step 2. Then click on Configuration
Step 3. Now click on Email configuration
Step 4. Verify that the server name is correctly set as smtp.gmail.com. If you are using Gmail Account if you are using gmail account.
Step 5. Also verify that two step factor authenticaiton is enabled in your Gmail account.
Step 6. Alternatively you can generate a new App specific password in your gmail account and input it into the
password field in BUSY.
Step 7. Check your antivirus, firewall, or Windows Defender, as they might be blocking your account.
Step 8. Ensure you have an active and stable internet connection.
